Highlights
Catering to just 14 divers, the MV Camic liveaboard explores the best sites that the Similan and Surin Islands offer from November to April each year. She caters to just 14 guests in 7 cabins. Three Master cabins have double beds, and 4 twin cabins have bunk beds. All feature AC, storage space, and en-suite bathrooms. Eco-friendly products are provided in the showers so as not to pollute the reefs. The upper deck has an indoor lounge area with LCD TV, DVD, VCD, and MP3 player. Three delicious meals are served at the outdoor dining area: Thai and international dishes and snacks, tea, coffee, and water throughout the day. There is also a spacious sun deck, perfect for relaxing between dives.
The MV Camic offers 4 or 5-night itineraries to Koh Bon, Koh Tachai & Richelieu Rock in the Similan & Surin Islands. Dive at world-famous dive sites such as West of Eden, Richelieu Rock, and the Boonsung Wreck. The spacious dive deck at the back of the boat ensures ample space for kitting up and is equipped with rinse tanks and freshwater showers.

Overall, the liveaboard was happy and full of good memories.
Although the boat is smaller, it may shake more, but it is also because it is smaller and there are fewer guests, it is simpler, everyone can be more familiar with it, meet friends of different nationalities, every staff and dive guide on the boat is very good, there is no discomfort, I am very happy to choose this boat as my first liveaboard dive. One of the nights, the dive guide arranged for us to have a very special experience on the island. The best dive site is Richelieu Rock National Park, which is a must-visit dive site in the middle of the sea, with excellent coral reefs and ecology below.

Great value for money, professional, friendly and organised crew.
This was the first trip of the season for Camic, and we were lucky that the boat was not fully occupied (there were nine guest divers). We were split into two groups, and the briefings were always focused on safety first. The crew tried to time the dives so there were not too many divers in the water from the other boats, which are unavoidable as they dive the same sites. Yes, the boat is a bit older, but with only nine guests on board, it was comfortable. The food was excellent and also very varied, which kept it interesting. Diving-wise, we unfortunately did not see any real big stuff (the other group saw a Leopard Shark). There were some Mantas around, as other boats had seen them the day before we arrived at the sites! Richelieu Rock was the highlight, with so many fish it was hard to tell what the viz was! :) They also managed to get us to be the only group on the famous Similan Island beach for sunset (day trippers normally mob this in the day). Overall, this is a great value for money Liveaboard and would book with them again if diving in Thailand again.

Older boat but numbers are much smaller than other boats so it's a much better experience.
Similian is, Surinam is and Richileau Rick are some of the best locations we have dived.

Amazing trip through the dive sites of Thailand.
We saw huge shoals of baracuda, which were amazing and then then we did three dives on Richelieu rock and saw some incredible marine life and corals.
