The Bunmee 4 is a 29-meter/95-foot-long liveaboard in Thailand taking 20 guests in 10 cabins divided into two categories: 8 double or twin cabins on the main deck, with private shower and toilet, and 2 double or twin cabins on the upper deck, sharing a shower and toilet located on the main deck. All cabins are equipped with individual air conditioning. Cabins are cleaned daily, and towels are changed regularly. The upper deck has a dining area, a mini-bar, video and multimedia space, and an observation zone at the bow. A spacious half-shaded sundeck above the upper deck offers a location for relaxing during the day and stargazing at night.

Entertainment and education are integral to the voyage, with a dive library, games, music, and video screenings available onboard. Meal time brings an array of Asian flavors, with à la carte breakfasts, buffet-style lunches, and dinners. The menu includes Thai specialties abundant in fresh seafood, crustaceans, fish, vegetables, and local fruits. The dive deck on the main deck's rear is highly convenient, with ample space for equipment setup, and the dive platform is optimized for swift entries and exits via two ladders. A dinghy remains on standby for safety during drift dives and water exits while also providing access to islands and beaches when feasible.

I highly recommend the Bunmee 4 for diving the Similan and Surin islands
This was my second time diving in Similan and Surin islands but the Bunmee 4 still managed to exceed my expectations. Harold, Tom and crew instantly made us feel welcome. The boat is neat as a pin and the cabins are very comfortable and practical. The dive deck has a good setup for flow of traffic and is conveniently located on the same level as the cabins. Dive briefings were detailed and everything ran on schedule to make the most out of every dive. Harold and Tom are both very experienced guides and took great care to spot interesting things along the dive and avoid the crowds from other boats at popular sites like Richelieu. My husband and I are grateful to the Bunmee 4 crew and guides for a fantastic dive holiday!

Peaceful, quiet, and wonderful liveaboard trip
Overall the South Andaman is much better than North Andaman (Similan, Richelieu) - much less crowded, and wider variety of dive sites. There are plenty of dive sites with small caves or wrecks, and almost with no other people as well. The dive briefings with drawings of the dive sites are also a highlight, giving us a clear idea of what we should expect under the water.

Overall it was on of my best diving for the past 15 years of my diving, I felt myself amazing.
I recently had the pleasure of diving with the Andaman Scuba Dive Center, and it was an unforgettable experience. We explored stunning dive sites filled with vibrant coral reefs and were surrounded by incredible schools of fish—it felt like stepping into an underwater paradise. The crew went above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible. They were all incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional. The food onboard was sensational, offering both Thai and continental dishes with fresh fruits at every meal.

Love boat crew and guides
Only 9 dives for ow and aow, and when I got on the boat I found everyone is a pro! But the guides crew and new friends on boat are treating my nice and patient! I love Alexis, Velika, Alex, Pascat and Tom - diving guides who arrange all the schuldes and help to improve a lot for my diving skills. And I met a lot new friends on boat which was super, some of them have been diving years more than my age. It’s a great experience and opportunity to discover north to south diving route in Thailand with bunmee 4 and Andaman scuba diving! Thanks for everything LOL

The boat is getting a bit old. Night driving is glaze.We were 8 guests instead of 20. That was very pleasant, otherwise it would have been too narrow.Nice diving tour, especially the south.The planning is optimal to be alone at the dive sites.

The food was really yummy, diving with Chai was really nice, it was not the case with the French guide who did not listen to our several requests to slow down. The sites are fantastic, and it is well organized that we did not dive with the crowd, really appreciated. We also appreciated a lot the upgrade as the boat was not full.

I was very impressed with the Organisational Skills of the Bunmee 4 Team (especially the Dive Director Marien) This was further demonstrated at the Welcome meeting, whereby everyone was made to feel welcome and were given full details of the planned activities for the coming days. Just Fabulous
I loved everything about this trip. Firstly 16 divers only so more of a personal experience. The boat crew were just fabulous. From the captain to the dive deck crew … there was 100% attention to diver safety and comfort. Dive briefings were detailed and dive groups focussed on diver skills. Food was plentiful and delicious. Cabins were comfortable. Would I do it again ? In a heartbeat

Very nice live aboard. The route is optimised to avoid diving in crowded places and there is a good variety of dive sites. The entire staff is amazing, super helpful and always ready to help. Special mention to the kitchen staff, we had great variety of thai food for 8 days and everything was delicious. Just avoid booking the rooms marked as “premium” (or similar) as they are actually worse than the other double rooms as there’s no windows and the bed is too small for two adults.

The many dives were great. Between the dives and the meal you always have time to exchange ideas or sleep (sun deck or cabin). The dives were diverse (many different dive sites). The best was Richelieu Rock.

Leopard Shark and Seahorse
There were many guests from Europe, especially France, and there were about three French guides. It's good to have a briefing in French, but the English briefing came later, and I was worried about the consistency with the grouping (order of entering the water).The dive was very amazing and we were able to meet leopard sharks and seahorses.
