Amazing Atmosphere, Great Diving
As a relatively inexperienced diver, I had no idea what I was getting into with my first ever liveaboard. Comms with DAQ was smooth prior to my arrival, and they answered every question I had. The staff were super friendly and helpful, willing to lend a helping hand be it answering questions or getting in and out of dive gear. As the most inexperienced diver on board, I had a tall order "keeping up" with the other more experienced folk on board, given my rustiness and lack of confidence. Big shout out to the whole dive team - especially Fred - for being patient with me and imparting valuable advice and tips that I will do my level best to apply on all future dives. I most certainly stepped off the boat a slightly more assured diver, but I know I have a long way to go on my journey yet. The food on board was amazing, big shout out to Nok and See for keeping everyone on board well fed. Easily some of the best Thai food I've had in my life. I've never gone on a cruise before, let alone a liveaboard and didn't know what to expect in terms of accommodation. The bunk I was in was clean and comfortable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with DAQ and would recommend it to anyone looking to dive in the Similans.

Great liveaboard dive boat
This boat is advertised as a luxury boat and it definitely isn't. As a diver I found it perfectly adequate but my non-diving wife was disappointed at the boat facilities. The food was great and plentiful and the staff were amazing......friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The dive guides were very knowledgeable and friendly and went to great lengths to ensure every diver got a great experience. I dived with Nui and Ek who were both fantastic. The boat is run by Steve who runs a really tight ship.....top dive director! Whilst this isn't the most luxurious boat it provides great diving with top dive guides and the best sites.....DO NOT miss Richelieu Rock.....best dive site I have ever dived in 600+ dives.

Highly recommended as a first-time liveaboard
Both the boat staff and the diving staff are very professional and friendly, and the attitude of respecting the underwater biological environment is also very admirable, the food is great, the underwater scenery is also very magnificent, the explanation and underwater diving guide are very dedicated and interesting, and all kinds of storms are also amazing, as a liveaboard, it is definitely a choice, the liveaboard is highly recommended!

Would do this trip one more time
Just got back from one of the best liveaboard trips ever—it was a total 10/10 for money! Steve and his crew were awesome, super friendly, and always there to help out with a smile. The food was out of this world, seriously delicious and varied enough to keep you excited for every meal. Our dive guide, Alina, was a real gem. She made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time underwater, always going the extra mile to help out. Plus, the diving gear was top-notch, so every dive felt smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this trip was an epic adventure with great people, amazing food, and unforgettable dives. Can't wait to do it all over again!

Absolutely fantastic.
The captain's experience at putting the boat exactly where it needed to be was amazing the diving staff so I'm guessing he's good. Just remember day one on the boat may be a transit day but the last day is usually still eventful.

Superb dives with a professional and caring team
Richelieu Rock deserves its 4th place of the best dive sites in the world! It really makes you want to go back... Especially with such a professional and friendly team, who knew how to adapt to the bad weather and ensure our safety during the 4 dives a day with the "Dinghy boat"!

Well organized beautiful boat
We did the south tour to Koh Lipe and had a fantastic guide Alena, who was always super sweet and in a good mood and a fantastic spotter. Despite the poor visibility in the sea, we saw so many beautiful animals and corals and the boat overturned the whole original plan to go to dive sites with the best possible visibility, which was really great. The cabins and shower are clean and relatively spacious, the food is fantastic. The only unusual thing was that you had to change all the time, because you were not allowed to get up from the dive deck in a bikini or swimming trunks because of the seat cushions, not even with a poncho or dried, which means changing clothes 8 times a day. But that's not a bad thing, the schedule allows it to be quite relaxed.
