Highlights
The Saudi Master is a spacious 40mtr/131ft liveaboard in the Red Sea that can accommodate 24 guests in 12 independently air-conditioned staterooms. There are 2 master staterooms with queen beds, 8 Deluxe staterooms with twin beds, and 2 double cabins, each with a queen bed. Every stateroom has a private bathroom and shower, a porthole window, and a hair dryer. There is also a 32-inch TV in each stateroom with a selection of 400 movies, TV shows and documentaries. Guests can also plug their computers into the TV screen to edit underwater pictures and videos.
The Saudi Master is spacious and comfortable, with a large salon and sun deck. It also has a hot tub, sun loungers, deck chairs, and a bar. There is also an air-conditioned salon on the sundeck with a 50” flatscreen TV. There is also a big restaurant and bar on the main deck. The experience aboard the Saudi Master includes all meals, snacks and beverages, as well as a variety of nightly entertainment such as diving and fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. There is also a small library of books for exchange onboard, as well as fish identification books for reference. Every diver gets their own equipment box, and there is Nitrox on board. The diving platform is very spacious, and for more distant dive sites, there are 2 Zodiacs available.

Hammerhead & Deep Diving
The trip unvealed to be a fantastic trip with the pleasure to be remote and the only vessel at the diving locations. The hammerheads and silky shark encounters.

Great alternative in the Red Sea to the usual Egyptian places. Very quiet and relaxing being the only boat for a week.
Very nice being the only boat from Saudi in the Red Sea so you just see no-one else for a week. The diving was great, reefs generally in pretty good condition (albeit with a LOT of fishing wires) and we saw hammerheads and grey reef sharks (amongst the usual Red Sea wildlife).

Nice boat and crew & pristine reefs around Yanbu
The trip was very enjoyable as everything went very well in all aspects. The transfer from Jeddah to Yanbu was well-organized and on-time in a very comfortable van. The staff reception and briefing once on the boat was excellent and flexible. The boat itself is one of the best that I have been on (and I have done over a hundred safari trips). The cabins are spacious and AC worked very well (you need it in July in Yanbu!). The salon and the separate dining room are very well-furnished and with enough space for all (the trip was half-full but I don't expect it will be too crowded with 24 guest). The dive equipment area is big enough, and nitrox fills were as requested. The dive area also has enough space for UW cameras. Also, the dive platform was huge (although there was only 1 ladder to get out of the water). I was really impressed with the food and snacks onboard. It was fresh, varied and well-prepared. The boat staff are all experienced Egyptians and know their stuff very well. Always there when you need any help. Special mention goes to the cruise director and dive guide Maged, who gave excellent briefings and organized the dive schedule and groups efficiently. Many thanks to everyone who made my trip very enjoyable.

Hammerheads in Saudi
Amazing trip in South Saudi with silky sharks and hammerheads. Wherever you dive, walls or isolated reefs there's always a shark on the sight. The staff is super efficient and so so friendly and helpful as the guides that managed everything in a perfect way. Nitrox is available on each dive and two zodiac are always ready to reach the diving spots from the boat. The boat itself is very confortable, with plenty of space for the equipment and the cabin is very spacious and clean. Food is excellent and really a lot. On top of all that, we were the only boat around and definitely the only ones to reach the deep south of Farasand to explore new diving sites

Good safari on simple boat
The dives were really awesome except for the first day and the last day. The guides now know the diving area very well, one has been in Saudi Arabia for three years. There were tiger, silk and hammerhead sharks to see and beautiful reefs similar to those in Egypt.

Great two weeks
The second week was also an absolute pleasure for us. Diving at great spots, absolutely fantastic food and the helpfulness and friendliness of the crew made the week an event that will be remembered The Almonda itself is already getting on in years and this is also visible in some places. In this context, however, a stay in the dock is still on the agenda in 2025... We will then be able to compare it on our next tour. 😉

great liveaboard in unchartered areas in saudi redsea
Almonda was a great liveboard experience in saudi red sea. I did 19 dives, 2 were exceptional, 8 were very good, 5 okay and 4 quite bad as we stayed in the blue and literrally saw nothing airport transfers excellent, cabin crew excellent, dive crew excellent, food excellent. i liked that we were some of the first divers to do these dives. high risk high reward a few things to improve: - i think i was the only one with a bad cabin experience where water was dripping from the ceiling on the bed and the cabin smelled exhaust gas for the entire trip - it would be great to get better wifi. today satellite wifi is availble for cheap - our guide was great technically, as a leader but first time diving on these sites so it would be good if ocean breeze take the dive guides to sites before they lead group

Unforgettable experience, very grateful
We were very lucky to experience sharks on most dive sites. Highlights included sightings of large schools of hammerheads and silky sharks. Plenty of reef sharks, rays, shoals of fish, typical Red Sea marine life and healthy reefs. Weather and diving conditions were favourable.
