A rare experience in great comfort
Diving with the threshers is a special and fairly unique experience. Tubbataha is a special place and very beautiful. As this was a transition trip, we were also able to dive Cayagancillo, which is not on other itineraries.

- The boat and amenities were excellent.. Some of the 'smaller' things differentiate them from other luxury liveaboards, including having plentiful, good quality soap, shampoo and conditioner on the dive platform; having a different colour of tank for the cube leaders due easy identification, using different colour tank lights for the dive guides on night dives. Alcoholic drinks were also included (I wasn't drinking on this trip, but this is usually additional, so could make quite a big difference if drinking wine with dinner every day.. All of the staff were really personable and helpful. Nothing was a problem and solutions were quick and effective..

Fantastic Tubbataha
This was a great liveaboard - crew is amazing, the boat is fantastic (brand new) and everything worked really well. The hot towels on the dinghy after the dives - that's one way to spoil divers! Dive sites are really great so this is highly recommended for any diver!

excellent liveaboard!
The crew, food, and the boat itself were incredible. Service was very good, they went above and beyond. The boat was kept very clean the entire time. The food had a great variety and quality, you can tell it was made with passion. Regarding the diving, we didn't see any pelagics (manta rays, hammerhead sharks, etc.), but overall it was still good because the reefs were pristine and there was an abundance of reef species to see. There also weren't many other divers, so it felt like we had an incredible reef all to ourselves. Overall, the experience was excellent, I would just recommend diving later in the season for better chances of larger species. I would also recommend trying to book directly with Aggressor. I booked through LiveAboard.com and their response time was super slow (multiple days for simple questions).

Well worth a trip!
This was my first time on an Agressor liveaboard and I would highly recommend it. Absolute awesome service! From getting my white socks white again in the laundry to helping me take off my wetsuit off my shoulders to emptying the in room bins twice a day to fixing the leash on my flashlight. The Food: the food was amazing. Breakfast made to order after the first dive, dinner served at the dining table and snacks whenever you want. The Diving: safety first is always a good sign of a healthy dive operation. My dive guide Ranz was fantastic, diving at a good pace for our small group and pointing out all the sea creatures that I couldn’t find. We dove 4 times a day on most days. The Boat: comfortable, spacious, clean, big! Plenty of hot water as well as AC in the rooms. The Crew: the hospitality of the crew was off the charts! Especially Hanzel and Rizza. They made sure all my needs were met regardless if it was their responsibility or not. The cruise director Moustafa was very accommodating, respectful and highly knowledgeable.

Exceptional crew, flawless organization, vegetarian friendly
Our trip to Tubbataha on the Philippines Aggressor II was fantastic. The boat is well-run, maintained, and feels highly organized and safe. Huge shoutout to the CD, staff, and dive guides: friendly, experienced, and made every dive seamless. As vegetarians, we were impressed by the chefs, who went above and beyond with varied meals. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend more
There are less than 10 liveaboards in Tubbataha and Aggressor II might just be the best one out there - the boat is new and generally has a great build with an efficient layout. The crew is the cherry on top. Dive guides, housekeeping, stewards, all of them are very kind, helpful, and joyful. They will make sure you absolutely put (near) 0 effort into every activity. There are pros and cons of every liveaboard but what matters is that 1. if you want to go to Tubbataha, a liveaboard is the only way to, 2. Aggressor II is the best liveaboard out of all Can’t really go wrong tbh. Go for it
