The White Pearl is a 56.4-meter (183-foot) luxury liveaboard built in 2020, accommodating 26 guests on dive safaris in the Maldives. There are 13 guest rooms, including a Master Suite, Junior Suites, and Deluxe Cabins. Each cabin is equipped with basic amenities and ensuite bathrooms with hot showers. Other home comforts include HD TV sets and satellite TV. The keypad door lock system ensures convenience and security during your stay. Excellent Liveaboard and exceptional diving conditions.
I have been diving for 59 years all over the world. Both tropical and northern cold water drysuit diving. I preferred the lower current type of dives within the atolls for marine tropical fish photography. The atoll channel diving is interesting but quite strenuous since reef hooks must be used once the appropriate depth and location is reached in order to establish a fixed vantage watch for pelagic fish, sharks, rays to pass by the dive group. Lots of divers and lots of boat traffic. Be experienced at deploying your SMB!!!

Great Deep South diving, nice crew and a beautiful spacious new liveaboard
My wife and I did the 8D/7N Deep South trip on the White Pearl and had a great experience overall. The boat itself is quite new and the cabins are excellent for a liveaboard. They are very spacious, the beds are huge and extremely comfortable, and everything felt modern and well maintained. One thing that stood out right at the beginning was the safety briefing. It was probably one of the most comprehensive and well-structured briefings we have had on a liveaboard. The dive operation in general felt very professional and well organized. The dive guides and the rest of the crew were fantastic. The dive groups were small, the guiding was relaxed but attentive, and the overall group dynamic between guests and crew was great. Everyone got along really well which created a very enjoyable atmosphere on the boat throughout the week. The food was also very good with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed the local dishes. If I had one small suggestion it would be to include even more Maldivian food – for example mashuni as a regular breakfast option is an easy one. The diving itself was great with lots of sharks and action typical for the Deep South with many different sharks. The only minor downside was that the dive sites could have been a bit more varied. We ended up doing 5 of the 18 dives at the same two sites, which slightly reduced the sense of exploration. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and really enjoyed our time on the White Pearl. We would definitely consider booking with them again.

Fantastic
One of the best things about this boat experience was the space. The boat was very clean, open, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and move around without feeling crowded. The schedule was also excellent. Everything ran on time and was well organized, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. We were able to enjoy every part of the journey without feeling rushed. Finally, the staff truly made the experience special. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to safety and guest comfort made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed boat trip with amazing service!

Central Tour with many different dive experiences
The central tour never disappoints, since there are a lot of different dive experiences, such as Manta cleaning stations, channel dives with sharks, Manta night dive and a whaleshark dive.

One of the best holidays I have had
The experience was excellent from start to finish. We were picked up on time at Male airport. The transfer and check-in experience onboard was seamless. Dive groups were assigned for Day 1, with some changes for Day 2 once the guides had a better understanding of everybody's experience and comfort underwater, which was a really nice touch...ensuring everybody got the best experience possible. The boat itself is incredible and I would definitely consider booking it again, as well as the other vessels in the Pearl Fleet. It is not the cheapest boat in the Maldives, but you get what you pay for right down to the quality of rental equipment, should you need it. Overall, a fantastic experience.

It was really beautiful!
Together with my father we had a great week on board the White Pearl. The diving in the malethieves was fantastic, but apart from the diving we really had nothing to complain about. The beach BBQ was great organized, the afternoon with the water activities was a super nice change and the food was great. Haaidh was a very nice guide and knew a lot about the underwater life. Safety was of paramount importance and was also propagated. For us an experience we will never forget and absolutely no regrets about our choice for the White Pearl.
