The 50m Scubaspa Yang liveaboard is the sister vessel to the Scubaspa Ying which offers year-round diving holidays in the Maldives. Winner of multiple awards, the Scubaspa Yang offers a true luxury diving experience in the Maldives. Up to 40 guests can be accommodated onboard in 10 cabins and 9 suites, of which there is a choice of queen, king, or twin bed configurations. One suite and one cabin can be converted into a triple to accommodate 3 guests. All cabins feature en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air conditioning and the 9 suites located on the main deck all offer panoramic sea views.
The restaurant is located on the main deck and is where three buffet-style meals plus an a-la-carte menu are served. There are live cooking stations and internationally qualified chefs are able to cater to all dietary needs. There is also an alfresco dining area at the rear of the main deck and there will be the opportunity to enjoy a BBQ on a deserted island during your stay. The onboard spa is 300m2 with 6 treatment rooms, including a double room for couples.
Diving from the Scubaspa Yang takes place from the accompanying dive dhoni, which carries all the equipment, including the air compressors, nitrox filling station, rinse tanks, and dive equipment storage. Experienced multi-lingual dive instructors and divemasters can cater to all diving levels and abilities. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, a variety of courses, from beginner to advanced can be taken on board. Itineraries cover the ‘Best of Maldives’, which includes the Male Atolls, Ari Atolls, and Rasdhoo & Vaavu Atoll, and is available all year, except for February & March when the Scubaspa yacht travels to the ‘Deep South’ for more remote diving suited to more experienced divers.

Awesome Experience on Scuba spa
Crew, Dolphin Suite, Diving and Food Due to weather we couldn't do the beach BBQ and a couple other things, but they made it the best still!!!!

Great for divers and non-divers
The boat only had 16 divers on board so the diver to guide ratio was fantastic. I was traveling with someone who didn’t dive so she got the spa package and there wasn’t a bad massage on the menu. I ended up with three massages anyway. This boat is great for a few dives a day and a gentle itinerary and/or if you’re traveling with a non-diver. If you want many dives and and better caliber of divers this is not the boat for you.

Exceeded all Expectations
Let’s start with… I booked this liveaboard as a solo traveler and I left the week with a new scuba family. Any and all expectations were exceeded on this trip. The staff, were always there to help you, serve you and anything you may need. The food is out of this world so good. The room is comfortable, has AC and is cleaned everyday. If you are looking to do a liveaboard, do not waste your time looking for a boat that isn’t this. This was a lifetime experience that I hope to do again as soon as possible. It was truly a dream come true!

the best dive guides
All 17 dives were amazing and unique. The guides planned each dive thoughtfully, based on weather, current, water clarity, guests abilities and interests, etc. We saw mantas, sting rays, eagle rays, sharks, colorful fishes and corals, turtles, eels, dolphins, and even a tiny octopus.

This was one of the best decisions I've ever made and I don't even dive! Five star everything while floating through the amazing Maldives. Incredible experience!
My experience aboard ScubaSpa was fabulous! The staff were so kind, attentive and catered to your every wish. The food was absolutely delicious. One would not go on a Liveaboard for the food, but this was really a highlight of the trip. The dives were amazing. We saw so many things from mantas to rays to sharks and so many colorful fish. The dive guides were patient and the staff aboard the dive boat were so helpful. The attention to detail was impeccable and the staff really catered to your needs. I cannot wait to take another voyage with ScubaSpa.

The most spectacular live aboard experience, with a terrific crew and gorgeous diving.
Too many to say. Large manta, night shark and sting ray dive, numerous reef fish with gorgeous colors, love the blue fusiliers, bright orange coral. Saw schools of baracuda and jack fish. Many octopus, eels, needle fish and grouper just spectacular!

Fantastic diving and liveaboard experience
Seeing our dive team rescue a Manta that was tangled up on fishing lines. They were able to help her and the Manta was so calm asking for help. Never have I seen this before

Absolutely Fabulous Dive Cruise
This trip was the best live aboard experience that I have had. The service was truly 5 star. The amenities were well above expectations and the food was excellent. There was not even a single dish that I didn’t care for. I have been on many live aboards and this was the best I have experienced. I fully recommend ScubaSpa and will be booking with them in Indonesia in the future
