World Class All Around
Manta Cruise is the real deal. We spent time at a resort in the Maldives and found that the service, activities, and food were much better aboard this live aboard. This is the way to dive the Maldives and not miss out on quality of service.

AMAZING
Awesome dives, some of them a bit challenging but we've always been helped by our guide Chacha, very professional, friendly and caring. Detailed briefings and interesting presentation on mantas by Cruise Director Thomas, who is also very friendly and helpful and did a fabulous video of the whole trip. Focus on safety really appreciated. Captain and crew always helpful, boat very nice and comfortable (particularly appreciated comfort and space on the Dhoni). Food amazing, chef so kind as to provide alternatives for special dietary needs. Very nice sunset and dinner on a small desert island.

Amazing time with Manta cruise
The manta cruise was a very comfortable and enjoyable liveaboard experience. Not only are the dive guides very knowledgeable about the dive sites, they are also very friendly and fun. The entire crew on board was very helpful and friendly. The trip as a result was really good especially since the sea life we saw was amazing. The dive guides' knowledge definitely helped spot good sea life and for most of the dives, we were able to dive without other divers from other boats. I would definitely recommend this boat to anyone planning to go to the Maldives. Only thing to watch out is to be very clear on the equipment you need to rent on board - using the special requests column for every equipment not mentioned in the form is a must.

Superb snorkeling in the Maldives above the divers
As, one guest said it, "once in a lifetime trip in the Maldives diving and snorkeling". I was a snorkeler, I do not dive, I was explained how and where to snorkel each location during the diver's briefing. I wore a bright colored Life Jacket so I could easily be seen in open water. During snorkeling besides all the hundreds of fish I also observed shark, sting ray and manta rays. The Manta Dive master assigned a crew member specifically to watch and guide me during my open ocean snorkeling while he was underwater with his divers. As I listened during the briefings it was clearly stated: "this how and where they were diving. Safety was first and foremost explained to us. The Captain provided a smooth and safe trip. The crew provide us with the upmost service from start to finish. The meals were superb 5***** I hope to possibly return to the Manta Cruise in 2-3 years for a second "once in a lifetime trip" Thank you ,Thomas the dive master the captain and his crew. Huge fish life!
Thomas was an excellent host/trip director. Dives always properly planned and safety briefings were detailed. He is excellent with taking trip footage too. You get a lot of value from the Deep South trip for 'big stuff' given it is relatively close to Europe. I have dived Egypt many times and do think this is a better option if you don't want to do Far East or Pacific. We saw hammerheads, threshers, whalesharks (2 behind the boat!), mantas, schooling nurse and grey sharks and massive schools of red/black snappers, jacks, surgeon fish and much more. This is not a trip if you want to see colorful corals and smaller stuff (although we did see leaffish nudibranchs and ghost pipefish). Will definitely go again next year.
