The M/V Maldives Aggressor II is a world-class liveaboard yacht scheduling year-round diving cruises to the stunning Maldives Atolls. She caters to 22 guests in 11 staterooms, each complete with a private en-suite bathroom and shower, closet, hair dryer, individual climate control, and TV/DVD. There are 4 deluxe staterooms and 1 suite with ocean views located on the main and upper decks and six standard twin cabins located on the lower deck. The large indoor lounge and dining room are fully air-conditioned and is where the onboard menu featuring a variety of American fare and local cuisine is served. Soft drinks, iced tea, beer, and wine are complimentary. Guests can also enjoy the large partially covered sundeck with chaise lounges and deck chairs, bar service, and a CD/stereo player.

The Maldives Aggressor II itineraries explore the turquoise waters of the Maldivian Atolls, packed with marine life such as grouper, snapper, surgeonfish, eels, parrotfish, Napoleon wrasse, barracuda, sharks, eagle rays, and whale sharks. Divers can choose 3 exciting itineraries covering all the best dive sites depending on the time of year. Diving amenities include a large swim platform with personal gear lockers, air/nitrox fill stations, rinse tanks, a three-tier camera table with low-pressure air hoses, and 2 warm freshwater showers, and nitrox is available for those certified.

Loved the 10 days onboard MA2! The team is very welcoming and made an effort to understand each guests’ needs, preferences, and abilities. The dive guides were excellent - we dived with Ibro and Ivan, who ensured we got the best out of the dive sites. The highlights for me were hooking on the side of a channel and watching sharks, a fantastic nurse shark dive, and a wonderful manta encounter. The chef and his staff provided delicious food and made sure there was always good vegetarian options for us. Will book again!

Very calm trip with the Aggressor II
In general very good boat with outstanding food and service - new for me was the free of charge wine and beer - great - the tour was great since we did not see other boats on the spots - the diving was very conservative - it is a boat for beginners - more Thilas then cannels, and the cannel dives we did were done in the wrong way.

Excellent kitchen with a very good service. In general the boat, big , a lot of free space , very clean. Free wine was a new experience- outstanding.

Magical Experience with Mantas
Amazing experience onboard with the team of the Maldives Aggressor. The boat was well maintained, the cabins spacious and the service thoughtful and friendly. The dives were well planned and underwater, the dive masters took care of the guests in terms of spotting creatures big and small and ensured all guests had a wonderful and safe time. The diving was very good with a variety of pelegics including manta rays, eagle rays, reef sharks spotted on nearly every dive as well as plenty of colorful reef fish of different varieties. A magical exprience with plenty of highlights that guests will remember for a long time!

Exceptional 7 day trip
The boat cabins are comfortable and clean. All the basic essentials and a cosy view robe. The dive sites were excellent. We saw manta, a whale shark, dolphins and many species of shark. I dived with Zee and Ibrahim as guides and both were attentive and I felt safe following their lead. The groups for diving were well allocated by experience and preference. The currents were medium strength at times but the guides were clear in explaining the direction/ navigation of the dive in relation to the current. I was a solo traveller and their were 7 others on the boat doing the same. Finally the food was fresh, plentiful and delicious.

Aggressor always provides a fantastic experience all around. Did not had a negative experience after being seven times on an Aggressor ship.
The diving itself was breathtaking, with crystal clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and an incredible variety of marine life. We saw schools of colorful tropical fish, manta rays, whale sharks, and even a few playful dolphins. The water was warm and calm, making for ideal diving conditions. One of the highlights of the trip were the night dives, which allowed us to witness the nocturnal habits of the marine life. We witnessed a variety of creatures, including lobsters, crabs, and octopuses that they had never seen before.

Outstanding staff, vessel and the dive spots, and food. Marine life was overwhelming. I have never seen such a diversity and quantity of fish and schools. Beautiful location with calm seas warm water and great visibility.

Shark, mantas, turtles in Maldives
Fantastic trip with family and friends, on my 10th liveaboard (3rd in the Maldives).It continues to be one of the best value for money. Lots of good dives and some news with the Shark Tank at the end of the trip. My favorite spot is still Maya Thyla at Ari Atoll. Fantastic crew, very competent and a very well chosen circuit.

Amazing crew on a tired boat
A good surprise for us was that there was a smaller than expected group size which made things more personable. Everyone on board made sure we were comfortable and well fed. Being the last voyage of the season, we were still treated to unforgettable dives. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip.

Both main boat and dhoni are very big with lots of room and in excellent condition. Cabins are also quite spacious and comfortable. Food is amazing and crew is super friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is WiFi price - it´s cheaper to buy a local sim card!
