Beautiful sea and enjoyable times
This was my first liveaboard experience. I'll never forget the beauty of the Maldivian sea. The interaction with divers from various countries and the expertise of the guides made the trip even more enjoyable.

A dive week that I'll never forget
Had a wonderful week at the Felicity. Nice dive locations, good guides that spoke understandable English and met some nice people. Furthermore the buffet offers good choices and the food was good. The boat itself was modern and very clean. Getting out of bed at 6 was sometimes a little bit difficult, but in the end you'll manage and adjust.

Exceptional dive guide took this Maldives trip from good to great.
As a novice diver with big dreams of a Maldives liveaboard I opted to have a one on one guide for my time on the Felicity so to not impact the other guests with my less than ideal limited experience. My exceptional guide was Su. He went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed myself whilst gently aiding me with life long dive skills and not so gently propelling me through the water toward manta rays, eagle rays, prime positions for shark viewing, etc and I dare say dragging me against the unexpected currents of the Maldives. Even other divers on board commented on his ability to put me in the right place at the right time. Big thank you to Su. The entire team on board kept us very well fed with 3 buffet style meals a day. Our cabins serviced whilst we were on dives. Our gear in check constantly. They were efficient, polite and responsive. The boat is in good shape and as it appears in photos. I got this heavily discounted quite last minute. Few facts: -Boarded on December 27th. -One guide to 5-6 divers. -Advanced Open Water Cert is essential. All but two dives were deeper than 18m. -Generally dives were at 30m. -We experienced some strong currents and used reef hooks regularly. -Everyone had Nitrox. -We saw manta rays (1 manta per 1 dive) on 2 day dives and 1 night dive (we only did one night dive). -We saw eagles rays sporadically. -We did not see a whale shark, we looked -We saw a lot of sharks. Not monsters but large numbers. Mainly Grey Reef Sharks. -We experienced masses of schooling fish on a number of dives. -We experienced a Nurse Shark feeding (don’t stress out on ethics. They will explain). -We saw a couple of Dolphins. We weren’t in the water at either time. -We saw plenty of brightly coloured corals/ coral gardens. -We saw Eels, Octopus, Cuttlefish, Stingray, Turtles, Lionfish -Visibility on a number of occasions was average at best and made photography and videography challenging. -Photographers you 100% need a strobe or two. Videographers you will regret not having a decent constant light. -Not every dive is “postcard” dive Maldives. -We went to 1 shipwreck. -All on board felt the first day was wasted as the boat remains on anchor just of Male. -Although there are a lot of liveaboards doing the same itinerary we rarely ran into any other divers. -Alcohol was reasonably priced -A number of ensuite showers needed to be turned to cold, quite a wait to get “hot” water. -We celebrated my birthday with custom made cake which was a nice touch. Thank you.

A great Maldives experience!
We really enjoyed the week on My Felicity, and we’d definitely do it again. The boat isn’t super luxurious, but it had everything we needed for a great diving week. The boat crew was always super helpful and ready to make our experience super enjoyable. The food was fairly standard, more like cafeteria style, but it was solid and very filling. We truly enjoyed everything we saw underwater. Some of the guides were more involved than others, and some of the equipment could use an upgrade, but everything worked out really well and we always felt safe.

Great diving with Felicity in the Maldives
My first liveaboard but found it to be a really great experience. Diving was great, very well looked after on the boat and good dive guides. I would only say that they should provide more dive guides for the number of guests. We had one guide to six guests and I think that ratio is a little high, especially for the more technical dives with strong currents! Overall though a great 7 days diving!

A great week on a good liveaboard in the Felicity and the Maldives marine life did not disappoint.
This was a 'Best of the Maldives' trip and apart from the lack of Whale Sharks lived up to it's name. Bad weather was forecast but our luck held and most dives were in calm seas and low currents so a great week. Couldn't fault the Felicty or the dive dhonie crews - they looked after us well. Highlights must be the Mantas, schools of nurse sharks who swam around us not to forget Black Tip, Tiger and Bull sharks cruising by.

- Accomodation was good quality from lounge to a spacious Cabin with good shower in the ensuite. Crew on the Felicity and the accompanying Dhoni were unfailingly friendly, cheerful and helpful. Dive guides briefed well for each site, checked conditions and generally provided a good experience.
