The 26m MV Emperor Atoll is perfect for divers who want a more personal experience diving in the Maldives. The M/V Emperor Atoll accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in 6 double or twin cabins with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The main deck offers a comfortable salon, a spacious seating area, and a 38” LCD flat-screen TV with a multi-system home theatre surround sound and a DVD library. There is a large, partially shaded sun deck with comfortable sun loungers and a large swim platform with ladders giving easy access to the water, so you can relax in comfort in between dives. There is only one deck, so the boat is more stable with less ‘roll’.

Emperor Atoll's itineraries cover the ‘Best of Maldives’ with 7-nights of diving around the iconic sites of North Male, South Male, and Ari Atoll. Highlights include hammerhead dives at Rasdhoo, looking for whale sharks in South Ari, and channel diving at Vaavu. The accompanying dhoni makes extra room on board and easy getting to and from the dive site. Nitrox is included for free for those certified.

Amazing Diving and Small Group made a GREAT experience!!

The 2 night dives were excellent! The dive guides were very attentive in their explanations and making sure everyone was set for each dive. The food was INCREDIBLE! The dive sites offered a great variety and the small passenger count made it great to get to know everyone.

Amazing trip

We spent a amazing time on the small emperor atollboat. The room is tiny, but very clean and sweet. The crew did a great job and as well the guides. I think one of the best thing is, that the group of guets is small, so very familiar and when we were diving, there are not many others with you. I really can recommend the emperor atoll. They are well organized, we have every day lovely food, the boat was totally clean, we just spent such a good time. We are already planing our next trip with them 😊

AMAZING WEEK that left nothing to wish for

Everything was so well organized, relaxed and easy going. The food was almost too much and too good. The crew was really friendly and the diving was great. We had all the flexibility to dive the sites and see the things we wanted to. Although the weather wasn't the best, this was only secondary because everything else was perfect end to end. I was on this trip alone and found that almost all divers were very advanced so it was fun to dive together. Thank you Emperor Atoll and thank you liveaboard.com!

Outstanding diving, with the most professional and friendly crew

Breathtaking dives with sharks, rays, mantas, whalesharks. Dive guides that strive to realize divers' dreams, yet safety always first. The most helpful and positive crew that always make your day. A boat designed for real divers, small and comfortable, away from the crowds. Food so delicious words cannot describe.

Excellent dive sites for big stuffs

Excellent dives - saw many sharks (white tip, silver tip, grey reef, nursing), close contact with manta rays and eagle rays, octopus dancing and mating, swam among the fishes and you smell like a fish after some dives. Good boat - small but practical, good air con control, enough space for luggages Friendly crews and guides - professional, supporting all dives, good food provided Cons - can increase dives from 17 to 20 easily, soft drinks not included.

A boat for divers

We did 17 dives in 5 days, and probably saw a shark on every one! Only feedback is that the last two days were spent decompressing, aka doing nothing in the harbour. They offered to take guests on a Male city tour but i’d have rather spent that time snorkeling or hanging out on a beach.

Fantastic trip and diving - Pelagic Magic

The manta night dive/snorkel was magical as the mantas attracted by the lights at the end of the boat were barrel rolling. We were lucky enough to snorkel with a juvenile male whale shark and saw 3 more species of sharks, white tip, black tip and grey reef and dived a shark cleaning station. Morays galore on the first dive. The crew and food was fantastic. So are the ensuite cabins. Such a good atmosphere on a small boat with a max of 12 people. The crew goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Sunset Beach BBQ was well organised and the food was excellent. The only downside was that there are only 2 dive guides for 12 divers and there was very little interaction between guides and divers. I can highly recommend this liveaboard and itinerary.

A cozy, intimate and relaxed boat

There were only 6 divers on the boat and that made my stay very relaxed and with the cozy atmosphere I was looking for, as I was alone on the cabin. Also, we were very fast getting prepared to dive. The divesites were well chosen, with many sharks, mantas and much more to see. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always paying attention on our needs and keeping our cabins neat and tidy every day. The food was outstanding.
