Blue Liveaboard Maldives was newly built in 2019, custom-built to offer divers a modern, spacious choice for a trip to the Maldivian Atolls. With 11 cabins, all ensuite & with individual air conditioning, accommodating up to 22 guests, Blue has various cabin options over its 3 decks. Onboard there is also a salon area with bar facilities to enjoy a relaxing drink after a rewarding day of diving. A spacious sun deck area is on the top deck for enjoying the Maldivian sunshine between dives. Buffet-style meals are served throughout the day to keep divers fuelled, and free wine is available with dinner if desired. There is a dedicated camera room for those with underwater camera equipment to allow storage and charging.

Great fun & enjoyable time on this liveaboard !
Great trip, with good dive briefings & guidance by dive masters. The Mantas, moray eels, whale sharks & nurse shark life was amazing😃. Would have preferred that we spent only one night back at the harbour in Male’ instead of the two consecutive nights, in another area of the atolls.

Superb trip in the South
It was a very very nice trip with fantastic divesites with very professional and helpful guides. Deep south was challenging but it worth every dollar! I enjoyed all the meals and kind words!

Great crew, shame about the schedule and the boat facilities
Poor dive itinerary: we should not be chasing whale sharks with 25 other boats and 100 snorkellers!! This is not what dive trips are for and it is not good for the whale sharks. Pure commercialism. Poor dive schedule - we dived the same sites far too many times including the so-called shark tank. The dive boat needs its numerous leaks fixing, and it needs to actually provide hot water in the showers, which only offered cold or warm water Facilities for dive photographers are totally inadequate I would not book another tour on this boat

Boat has the potential to be better than it was.
Dive guides and crew were very friendly and accomadating. I found it odd that they changed dive guides every day- never got a chance to fall into a rythem with your guide. The reviews about hot watert issues on the boat are true. We had cabin number 2 and did not have hot water all week no matter how long we ran the water or when we tried to shower. Other cabins had hot water but really low water pressure- unacceptable for a newer boat. Food was always cold. They had warming pans but never covered the food or lit the burners underneath the dish to keep the food warm. Overall quality of the food was low and repetative. Dove the same site on back to back dives on 3 times days during the week- had never experience that either. We were back in port the day before departure in the afternoon and did our last dives just outside the harbor wall. Never new who was incharge of dive schedule or boat operations.

- The boat is good sized. Cabins and common areas are large.. Crew and dive guides were very friendly.. Very flexible on when you could get on and off the boat on days you arrived and departed..
