The best liveaboard we have been on, and the diving was fantastic too!
We had a fantastic week on Blue Force One visiting the amazing Hanifaru Bay. This has been the best liveaboard experience we have had (and we’ve been diving for over 25 years including this being our third trip to the Maldives). In particular Mariano, the dive director, gave interesting, informative, and humorous dive briefings and honestly made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Bounty, our dive guide, is great at finding interesting critters and telling us more about animal behaviour. The dhoni crew are endlessly helpful, with great attention to detail, and the boat crew kept us very well fed and watered!

Loved it!!!
This was my best diving experience! All dives were very different and amazing. We could see a lot of Manta and a huge whale shark. The staffs care about safety and paying more attentions to inexperienced divers. My partner was vegetarian but the food was very vegetarian friendly. Thank you so much for the amazing experience.

Seven days on Blue Force One, and I’m ruined for all other holidays
Seven days on Blue Force One, and I'm ruined for normal holidays I just finished a week aboard Blue Force One in the Maldives (1–8 August) and I'm writing this partly as a review and partly as a thank-you note, because this crew deserves both. The diving: honestly ridiculous. Grey reef sharks and white tips by the dozen, nurse sharks piling up like puppies, eagle rays cruising past like they owned the place, mantas doing their slow-motion flights at the cleaning stations, plus turtles, napoleon wrasse, tuna, barracuda, and enough moray eels to fill a horror film. If it swims, crawls or floats in the Maldives, we probably saw it. Dive guides Sadhu and Humaid were the stars underwater. They read the currents like a newspaper, put us in exactly the right spot every single time, and did it all with the calm of people who have clearly done this a thousand times and still love it. Somehow they always knew where the sharks would be before the sharks did. Our hosts Gabriel and Maria ran the show beautifully, and the briefings were a highlight in themselves. What stood out for me was Gabriel's knowledge of marine life and environmental protection, and his genuine eagerness to educate us divers. I came for the sharks and accidentally left knowing far more about the ocean than when I arrived. Back on board, Chef Sampath fed us so well I gained weight on a trip where I did three dives a day, which I consider a professional achievement on his part. Dinuka and Sena from the hospitality team had hot chocolate, juices, coffee and smiles waiting after every dive, and knew everyone's preferences by day two. The dhoni staff deserve their own medal, every day, with a smile, they made sure we forgot nothing and did almost nothing ourselves, which, frankly, also contributed to the weight gain. The boat itself is spacious and genuinely comfortable, the kind of place where falling asleep to the engine hum feels like a luxury. The clearest review I can give: I've already booked my next trip on the same boat a few months from now, this time to the Deep South. Solo traveller, felt completely at home, counting the days. Five stars, would surface-interval again.

- The dive guiding, Sadhu and Humaid putting you on the sharks every single time. Gabriel’s briefings, marine life knowledge and environmental education that elevated the whole trip. The pampering, Chef Sampath’s food plus Dinuka, Sena and the dhoni crew doing everything but breathing for yo.

Great experience I highly recommend
Overall great trip. This was my 11th live aboard and simply a fantastic adventure. Excellent diving, wonderful crew, delicious and plentiful food, comfortable cabins (I had one of the less expensive below deck cabins and it was fine), great dory to dive from (lots of space easy entry and return boarding), fun little island BBQ, beautiful ship, well organized airport pick up and drop off. -

Amazing Diving Experience
Saw a whale shark while snorkeling twice and then when diving down below. Saw 5 mantas in one cleaning station. Nurse shark feeding frenzy at night with tens and tens of them bumping into you was thrilling

My first live-aboard, felt totally safe, comfortable, well fed and happy 😆
Every day was a different day, led by knowledgeable instructors & boat crew making sure all divers were given the best chance of unforgettable experiences and all carried out on a superb comfortable boat with a supportive Dhoni. Looking into my next trip with this company who know how to offer each diver friendliness, safeness, tuition if required, and all the ‘trimmings’ of being part of an amazing live aboard offering fabulous ‘boat life’ with style and a touch of luxury .. will definitely return asap 😁

An amazing experience
Night diving with mantas. But in short, everything has been perfect. The priority is to dive but the quality of the boat helps a lot in the experience. Highly recommended. We will repeat for sure.
