Highlights
The Ariyal is a 45-meter/148-foot-long liveaboard taking 26 passengers in 13 cabins on diving adventures in the Maldives. There are three types of rooms: 7 State Cabins on the lower deck, 2 Sea View Suites on the main deck, and 4 Sea View Suites on the upper deck. All cabins feature ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and modern amenities. The lower deck cabins provide twin beds, and the sea view suites offer king-size beds and sofa beds. Guests can enjoy a spacious second deck equipped with a freshwater jacuzzi.
Ariyal also boasts a range of onboard facilities and activities. It includes 2 Yamaha Jetskis, paddleboards, wakeboards, water skis, and various inflatables for water sports enthusiasts. Beach BBQ setups with portable grills, speakers, and dining furniture are available for shore excursions. The boat is equipped for fishing with 24 line fishing sets. Onboard entertainment includes a 75” smart TV in the lounge, WiFi, a PlayStation 5, portable Bose speakers, and board games. Truly unforgettable experience!
Hands down an incredible liveaboard! The team were fantastic, providing the best service and always accommodating to your needs. Food was fresh and was not repetitive. Lounge area was spacious and always clean. Rooms were great and always well maintained. But the diving was the phenomenal part... lots of giant mantas, green and hawskbill turtles, healthy reefs, bull sharks, tiger sharks, spinner sharks, general reef sharks etc. The two best experiences during the holiday was the night diving with the manta rays which was an amazing thing to experience. Also, the final days dive at Hulhumale Neru with the bulls, tigers, spinners and other sharks. There was 25 guests in total and everyone on board was incredible, friendly and amazing. They truly made the holiday unforgettable. I'd highly recommend the Ariyal to anyone seeking a high class liveaboard with a well put itinerary.

Comfortable stay and exciting dives
I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Ariyal with amazing crew and other fellow divers. The dives were diverse and fun. The food was also very good and plenty of snacks to eat in between. Lastly, the rooms are really big with large ensuite bathrooms

Pure luxury and great dive sites
My liveaboard with Ariyal was a consistently great experience. As soon as I entered the ship, I immediately felt at home – the entire crew and the dive guides were extremely friendly, warm and professional.There is real luxury on board: the cabins are comfortable, the beds are made twice a day, and there are fresh towels every day. The food was also excellent – maybe even too much of a good thing – but definitely varied and tasty.The dive sites were very well planned, with a balanced mix of thilas, drift dives, night dives and stations with feeding. The reefs we visited were beautiful – mostly colorful and vibrant.In strong currents, reef hooks were used, which made the diving particularly impressive. At the same time, attention was always paid to safety – safety standards were taken seriously, but a certain degree of personal responsibility was also required, which I appreciate very much.The flexibility of the team is particularly noteworthy: When one or two guests ran out of air faster, larger tanks were easily provided so that everyone could enjoy the same diving experience.Even though a maximum depth of 30 meters and a diving time of 45 minutes applies in the Maldives, 60-minute dives were also made possible under suitable conditions - another example of individual support.

An unforgettable liveaboard experience with great dives, a friendly crew, and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip.
The atmosphere on board was relaxed and friendly, the crew made everyone feel welcome. The boat was comfortable with plenty of space to unwind between dives, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. It was the perfect mix of great diving, good company, and excellent service.

Relaxing, Feel like Home, great people and Amazing Wildlife
Highly recommended Liveaboard Ariyal! This is my 2nd time with this Luxury and Comfy boat with friendly crew, feel more like home instead of commercial boat and soooo relaxing after diving. Diving arrangement, briefing and sites are wonderful this time, number of sharks and rays and abundant wildlife was definitely amazing even during the low season with not so wonderful visibility due to nutrition for new born wildlife, but the rich wildlife is definitely world class, so happy to see many many fish species! Dhoni boat staff are very helpful to help everyone ready get in and out of water, and always with their smiles! All Crews are friendly and room was cleaned up during first dive, mixed western and eastern food with fresh vegetables and fruits which I love, are well prepared after diving too. And so lucky to meet many friendly and experienced divers during past 2 Liveaboard at Ariyal, they sharing not only their experiences, support each other (junior diver) but also culture exchange and some even with great stories of their life!

Highly recommended experience
We have just finished a seven day live aboard dive expedition on the Ariyal. Though the conditions can be challenging at times because of currents, the diving is superb and the dive masters are exceptional. They made sure we were safe at all times and organised a thrilling variety of experiences. You will certainly return with amazing photos and videos. Our room was spacious with a large ensuite, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff went out of their way to make the trip memorable. A beachfront dinner was a highlight, the communal areas fitted with every luxury. Enjoy your trip, I am looking forward to booking a new expedition with them in the near future. Hana made ladder assists and tank handling effortless, Samuel handled luggage seamlessly. Allatay and Wishoo guided other groups—super friendly and clearly expert. Captain Nishant’s 20+ years showed in safe, precise navigation. Highly recommend.

The diving safari on the Ariyal was an absolute dream! From the very first moment, I felt completely welcome – the crew is warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. The captain guides the ship with calm confidence and the guides are amazing – professional, caring, and full of enthusiasm for the underwater world. Every dive was a magical experience – encounters with manta rays, sharks, and vibrant coral reefs that I’ll never forget. The encounter with a whale shark will also remain unforgettable.
