Highlights
The Ariyal is a 45-meter/148-foot-long liveaboard taking 26 passengers in 13 cabins on diving adventures in the Maldives. There are three types of rooms: 7 State Cabins on the lower deck, 2 Sea View Suites on the main deck, and 4 Sea View Suites on the upper deck. All cabins feature ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and modern amenities. The lower deck cabins provide twin beds, and the sea view suites offer king-size beds and sofa beds. Guests can enjoy a spacious second deck equipped with a freshwater jacuzzi.
Ariyal also boasts a range of onboard facilities and activities. It includes 2 Yamaha Jetskis, paddleboards, wakeboards, water skis, and various inflatables for water sports enthusiasts. Beach BBQ setups with portable grills, speakers, and dining furniture are available for shore excursions. The boat is equipped for fishing with 24 line fishing sets. Onboard entertainment includes a 75” smart TV in the lounge, WiFi, a PlayStation 5, portable Bose speakers, and board games. - Captain and crew made extra effort to make the trip amazing. Any Dolphins, Animals or Baitballs the boat would stop and get close.. Chefs made food on request. Fresh caught Tuna sashimi was unbelievable and local Mashuni, chilli and fresh lime was a close second. The wine was all lovely too!. Diving and guide was excellent. Guides made a great a effort and the equipment on board was brilliant. Free 13.5L ally tanks and strong nitrox made a huge difference to the week..

Dreamy Maldives trip, highly professional boat, exceptional diving !
I had such a wonderful time aboard the Ariyal, the trip from start to finish was professional, comfortable, and lovely. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to cruise the Maldives and experience exceptional diving. All of the diving was exceptional, we saw hammerheads, tiger sharks, bull shark, nurse sharks, spinnner sharks, lemon sharks, guitar sharks, mantas, nudi branch, pipefish, eagle rays, mobula rays, and so much m ore!!! The dive doni and the Boat crew on the doni we’re very professional and made he diving fun, helped set up, breakout, and clean all equipment after every dive so you can go on enjoying the sun. The food was well prepared and plentiful, the cabins were very comfortable spacious and the bed was super comfy. Other activities they have on board, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, fishing, tubing, drinking (ha!), and other fun activities. Overall 10 out of 10 trip would highly recommend!!! Shout out to the Capitan Ibrahim who went above and beyond to make the trip perfect, he truly cares about the quality of the trip and the safety of the passengers on board his boat!

Highly recommended experience
We have just finished a seven day live aboard dive expedition on the Ariyal. Though the conditions can be challenging at times because of currents, the diving is superb and the dive masters are exceptional. They made sure we were safe at all times and organised a thrilling variety of experiences. You will certainly return with amazing photos and videos. Our room was spacious with a large ensuite, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff went out of their way to make the trip memorable. A beachfront dinner was a highlight, the communal areas fitted with every luxury. Enjoy your trip, I am looking forward to booking a new expedition with them in the near future. An unforgettable liveaboard experience with great dives, a friendly crew, and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip.
The atmosphere on board was relaxed and friendly, the crew made everyone feel welcome. The boat was comfortable with plenty of space to unwind between dives, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. It was the perfect mix of great diving, good company, and excellent service.

Comfort & Safety - Great experience
The flexibility that takes into consideration the quality and safety of the dives was the best experience. Our dive guide in particular was fantastic - always making sure the group was comfortable and well-supported through the dives. Ariyal is a very spacious and well-maintained boat, making the 8 days a great experience even when not diving.

My best ever liveaboard at Maldives
Aside from a day or two of less favorable weather due to the off-season, the trip overall was extremely satisfying. The condition of the boat and rooms was excellent, and the crew members were so friendly that by the last day, it almost felt like saying goodbye to family. I’d love to come aboard again if I get the chance.

My trip aboard the Ariyal was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped on board, the crew made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The boat itself is beautifully maintained — spacious decks, comfortable cabins, and plenty of cozy corners to unwind between dives. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled, creating the perfect balance of adventure and comfort. But the true standout of the entire journey was our dive guide, Napshu. His passion for the ocean is contagious, and his knowledge of Maldivian dive sites is on another level. Whether we were drifting alongside manta rays, hovering above vibrant coral gardens, or watching sharks cruise effortlessly through the blue, Napshu always knew exactly where to take us and how to make each dive feel special. The briefings were clear, his energy was uplifting, and his calm confidence made every diver — from beginners to veterans — feel safe and inspired. If you’re considering a liveaboard in the Maldives, the Ariyal is an experience you’ll carry with you long after you’ve dried off. I’m already dreaming about the next trip.

Very nice trio. Conditions rough
What diving I saw was good! Strong currents can not be said too many times. The 1st dive was spectacular. Room are well appointed, but you need more surfaces with lips and cubbies. This is a dive boat for divers.
