The Ariyal is a 45-meter/148-foot-long liveaboard taking 26 passengers in 13 cabins on diving adventures in the Maldives. There are three types of rooms: 7 State Cabins on the lower deck, 2 Sea View Suites on the main deck, and 4 Sea View Suites on the upper deck. All cabins feature ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and modern amenities. The lower deck cabins provide twin beds, and the sea view suites offer king-size beds and sofa beds. Guests can enjoy a spacious second deck equipped with a freshwater jacuzzi.
Ariyal also boasts a range of onboard facilities and activities. It includes 2 Yamaha Jetskis, paddleboards, wakeboards, water skis, and various inflatables for water sports enthusiasts. Beach BBQ setups with portable grills, speakers, and dining furniture are available for shore excursions. The boat is equipped for fishing with 24 line fishing sets. Onboard entertainment includes a 75” smart TV in the lounge, WiFi, a PlayStation 5, portable Bose speakers, and board games. It's been an incredible journey.
We had an unforgettable trip with the Ariyal. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The boat is phenomenal and very luxurious. The food tasted excellent and we saw everything we hoped for. Whale shark, manta rays, sharks or rays, whether large or small animals there was a bit of everything. We were also able to meet many new people. For us, there is only Ariyal left in the Maldives.

Mantas, Tigers and Memories for Life
I had an absolutely fantastic trip on this liveaboard and would highly recommend it. The boat itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The crew were brilliant throughout—friendly, professional, and always willing to help—and the dive guides were exceptional. Their passion for the ocean and commitment to protecting it was clear to see, which made the experience even more special. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and quality throughout the trip. The diving was fantastic, with an incredible amount of marine life. We were lucky enough to see numerous manta rays, several shark species including tiger sharks, turtles, and octopus. While some reefs were unfortunately not in the healthiest condition, there were still many stunning dive sites, and the healthier reefs were absolutely teeming with life and a joy to explore. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I would love to come back again in the future.

Your #1 Gateway to the Maldives: A Liveaboard
Ariyal was my 2nd liveaboard and was quite an upgrade in terms of the space and amenities on the boat with the spacious ensuite shower and comfortable beds! I loved the route that Ariyal was able to offer which gave a great mix of dive sites and different scuba experiences. Would've loved to have done Hanifaru Bay as well but unfortunately for us, the conditions were not right... Beyond the basic diving, Ariyal also offers some certifications for capabilities like Nitrox which my dive group was able to do. That was quite a seamless experience early on in our trip which helped make every dive after so much better in terms of us being less tired, etc. Our dive guide Wish was also excellent in managing our group's air consumption, pointing out cool stuff and making sure we were safe as well. Him and the rest of the crew were wonderful! Thank you so much for a great time in the Maldives!

Comfortable stay and exciting dives
I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Ariyal with amazing crew and other fellow divers. The dives were diverse and fun. The food was also very good and plenty of snacks to eat in between. Lastly, the rooms are really big with large ensuite bathrooms

Truly unforgettable experience!
Hands down an incredible liveaboard! The team were fantastic, providing the best service and always accommodating to your needs. Food was fresh and was not repetitive. Lounge area was spacious and always clean. Rooms were great and always well maintained. But the diving was the phenomenal part... lots of giant mantas, green and hawskbill turtles, healthy reefs, bull sharks, tiger sharks, spinner sharks, general reef sharks etc. The two best experiences during the holiday was the night diving with the manta rays which was an amazing thing to experience. Also, the final days dive at Hulhumale Neru with the bulls, tigers, spinners and other sharks. There was 25 guests in total and everyone on board was incredible, friendly and amazing. They truly made the holiday unforgettable. I'd highly recommend the Ariyal to anyone seeking a high class liveaboard with a well put itinerary.

Relaxing, Feel like Home, great people and Amazing Wildlife
Highly recommended Liveaboard Ariyal! This is my 2nd time with this Luxury and Comfy boat with friendly crew, feel more like home instead of commercial boat and soooo relaxing after diving. Diving arrangement, briefing and sites are wonderful this time, number of sharks and rays and abundant wildlife was definitely amazing even during the low season with not so wonderful visibility due to nutrition for new born wildlife, but the rich wildlife is definitely world class, so happy to see many many fish species! Dhoni boat staff are very helpful to help everyone ready get in and out of water, and always with their smiles! All Crews are friendly and room was cleaned up during first dive, mixed western and eastern food with fresh vegetables and fruits which I love, are well prepared after diving too. And so lucky to meet many friendly and experienced divers during past 2 Liveaboard at Ariyal, they sharing not only their experiences, support each other (junior diver) but also culture exchange and some even with great stories of their life!

Pure luxury and great dive sites
My liveaboard with Ariyal was a consistently great experience. As soon as I entered the ship, I immediately felt at home – the entire crew and the dive guides were extremely friendly, warm and professional.There is real luxury on board: the cabins are comfortable, the beds are made twice a day, and there are fresh towels every day. The food was also excellent – maybe even too much of a good thing – but definitely varied and tasty.The dive sites were very well planned, with a balanced mix of thilas, drift dives, night dives and stations with feeding. The reefs we visited were beautiful – mostly colorful and vibrant.In strong currents, reef hooks were used, which made the diving particularly impressive. At the same time, attention was always paid to safety – safety standards were taken seriously, but a certain degree of personal responsibility was also required, which I appreciate very much.The flexibility of the team is particularly noteworthy: When one or two guests ran out of air faster, larger tanks were easily provided so that everyone could enjoy the same diving experience.Even though a maximum depth of 30 meters and a diving time of 45 minutes applies in the Maldives, 60-minute dives were also made possible under suitable conditions - another example of individual support.

The liveaboard on the Ariyal was just great from start to finish.The topic of security is taken extremely seriously here, you always feel in good hands and professionally looked after.The dive guides are absolutely top-notch: extremely experienced, attentive and with an excellent eye for details underwater. In addition, there is a very well coordinated diving group, which makes the dives relaxed, safe and simply brilliant.The crew is incredibly warm, helpful and perfectly organized. You immediately notice that a well-rehearsed team is at work here.The food deserves its own praise varied, fresh and simply excellent. Culinarily definitely above the average of a liveaboard.In short:Top boat, top crew, top guides, top food a safari that leaves nothing to be desired.I would book again anytime! 🐠🤿✨
