Wonderful Experience on White Manta
I had a great experience on the White Manta liveaboard. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and the whole trip ran smoothly. The crew was friendly, professional, and always helpful, making everyone feel welcome throughout the trip. The dive guides were knowledgeable and did a great job finding amazing marine life. The boat was clean and comfortable, the cabins were well maintained, and there was plenty of space to relax between dives. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and there were always snacks and drinks available. Overall, everything was good, and I really enjoyed my time on board. I’d definitely recommend White Manta.

Top-Tier Service Made Diving So Easy
First time in Raja Ampat, second liveaboard trip. I was genuinely surprised by how much easier great service can make diving. I managed to do all 18 dives in the end, which I hadn't expected at all. eg. The staff move all your dive gears (BCD and fins) down to the dive dinghy according to your dive group, so you just need to hop on the dinghy with your mask and computer. The same goes for when you get back: you just hop off the boat and the staff unload your gear, take your wetsuit and boots as well, and give them a quick wash while you enjoy after dive snack/tea and a warm dry towel. The service was extremely helpful when the sea was a bit choppy and felt like such an indulgence. The operations run very smoothly and are very safety focused. The fire drill on the first day was taken very seriously and involved the entire staff. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage, plus a good sized bathroom and shower. There is housekeeping twice a day, and even a laundry service at a very affordable rate. The food was amazing too - a mixture of local and European cuisine, with buffets for daytime meals and brilliant 3 course dinners in the evening, where you can choose between 2 options daily. Finally massive kudos to Yos, our dive guide. He is super knowledgeable about the local underwater geography, knows how to maximize bottom time without sacrificing the fun, and is a master at spotting marine life, including tiny pygmy seahorses even in strong currents. He even offered to quickly nip down to 30m on the last dive when we saw a huge school of sweetlips so he could take great videos of them while we waited at 15m due to our flight the next morning. Thanks again to the team for the great memories in such a comfortable environment. We'll definitely go back to Raja Ampat, so see you again!

A journey I will cherish forever
The crew is friendly and polite. The dive masters are professional, they will usually do a checkout dive to assess the current conditions and scout for marine life. The room service is excellent and they make the bed neatly every day

One of the best liveaboards out there
The best liveaboard I’ve been on. The cabin was really spacious with a comfortable bed. The crew did everything possible to make our trip enjoyable. The dive sites were great and our dive guides were keen to show us all the critters while keeping us safe. I’ve already booked my next trip for the next year.

Most comfortable liveaboard you will ever experience with great diving in a unqiue transition exploratory trip!
White Manta is such a spacious liveaboard. The rooms are full size hotel rooms full air conditioned with full size bathrooms unheard of on a boat. Ample room to accommodate up to 28 divers on the dive deck while prepping gear to start a dive. The boat even has its own dedicated camera room for people who focus on photography. Proper trip and diving coordination, from spacing out dive teams, limiting 4 people per guide, great guides that can care for any level of diver, crew carrying your gear to the launch boats, island visits and constant coordination on what is planned to go on. This boat won over a future repeat customer here! I haven't even started on the diving. Transition trip from Lembeh to Sangalaki. Diving highlights were turtles a plenty, many frog fish, up close mantas, mucho macro, hammerhead, channel diving, and whale sharks.
