While exploring the Komodo National Park, guests can dive with giant manta rays, reef sharks, and turtles and see cool critters such as flamboyant cuttlefish, seahorses, and frogfish on a macro night dive. Amazing value for money
had a great few days aboard Sokaraja. The dive guides and boat crew were brilliant: professional and friendly. The boat itself is pretty spacious with plenty of chill out areas which makes it good value for money. Sokaraja the best boat in Komodo!
What an incredible five days! From the crew to the dives to the islands themselves - I had such a good time on this liveaboard as a solo female traveller. All the dive guides knew the dive sites like the back of their hand and even took the more experienced divers on a slightly different route to see even more cool things!

Had a great experience on Sokaraja. The dive instructors are friendly and incredibly professional. Each dive had a detailed dive briefing and they took js to varied sites for some amazing dives. The boat itself is comfortable with everything you would need. The crew on the boat were unbelievably friendly and helpful, with the cook continuously cooking up great meals. Overall would definitely recommend this live aboard.

Excellent experience!!
The team aboard the boat are extremely good. Very professional, safe and know the dives sites well. Luca the owner who was my instructor/dive guide was fantastic and has decades of experience along with his dive team and experienced boat crew. Also a big shout out to the chef who managed to feed us really well and keep the food very interesting and super tasty! Also a big thank you to the boys who made things so much easier with their help. There was 10 guests and 11 staff which makes running the boat a smooth operation. The dive equipment is professional and well looked after to a high standard. They took us to some beautiful spots to rest and relax after doves, the views are breathtaking. I would 100% go with Sokaraja again next time I do a live aboard purely for safety and the dive knowledge the team have. Thanks again guys and take care!

Best of the liveaboard i ever experienced
This trip is reallllly amazing. For Most of the important thing is that in thIS boat u can use a price less than in land but had a better experience. BELIEVE ME. As a economical liveaboard ，The boat is big and only 10 guest for 1 shared cabin and 2 double room. The equipment area is located on the both side of the boat with dining area in the middle. Under the dining area is shared cabin and for above the dining area is a deck that u can get a sun bath. And then for the same deck is captain room and crew room and then is and area with sofa recliner under the fabric of preventing sunshine. So both who love sunshine or not can find there relaxed area. The dive guide is kind and experienced ，and everydive can make a more than 60min dive. They were very responsible for their work without any impatience. The itinerary is very full with not only diving but land tour such as seeking for komodo dragon in rinca island. Hiking to gili lawa mount to watch the sunset. Go to watch the Bat sunset in karong island. The value of these activity is far more than its price. The food. Trust me. I don't like Indonesian food but the chef can make it still delicious for me ，A Chinese person with a discerning palate. The crew is willing to solve all ur problem at anytime. So i give them tips in the end and separated some crews. They make me impressive and really friendly. For the shotcoming ， for the dive site shotgun They don't allow using the hook. It is stupid because in komodo national park gloves is prohibited. So u can only use ur hand grab a sharply rock to against a strong current that u had never been and got injured. And there were only 2 toilet for the whole ship but i can understand. But one of the diveguide i think It is inappropriate to compete with guests for use of the toilet.He should use it before or after The guest. Because The time of guest using is very concentrated in some time. But these 2 little shortcoming is not influenced it that still a great liveaboard. And for the dive site. Everything is good except for the visibility. U can see bumped head parrotfish. Black and white Manta rays. Eagle rays. Blacktip whitetip sharks. Turtle. Jack storm. GT. And in northern area there were a strong current in shotgun. Vividly soft and hard coral in Batu bolong and crystal rock. Trust me. The best way of diving in komodo. Maybe it is the best.

The ultimate liveaboard experience
The sokaraja is a super practical and comfortable simple bib boat. It has everything you could need during the trip. The team of people is spectacular, helpful, attentive and everything is super well organized. Komodo is top and the sites they choose as well as the dive masters make it even better. Amazing diving, DMs, boat, and crew
We had an amazing 4 days on the Sokaraja. Everything from the dive masters, to the crew, to the food was perfect. Our DM Luca (and shoutout to Erik!) kept us safe in the strongest of currents and we had amazing dives every time. The crew and chef kept us constantly fed with great food and the best sambal ever. The dive briefings were so fun - 100% recommend!

Best Experience!
Our Liveaboard with Sokaraja was the best experience during our one month trip in Indonesia! The crew is just the best and will make your stay with them perfect. But we're here for the diving, right? So how was it? We loved every single dive! Komodo is such a great place for diving because you have a lot of different topographies, currents, corals, fish and so on. So we saw a lot of amazing things down there. Turtles, sharks, mantas...you name it. You'll get a detailled briefing with a meticulous and beautiful handdrawn map of the divesite right before every dive. And when you're not diving you can relax on the really nice boat, play some games, go for a swim or have fun with the crew. The food was also nice and everyone got their bellys stuffed :) We had the dorm cabin but slept under the stars on deck which was also amazing and since there is no light pollution you can see the milky way and sooo many stars! The value for the money is the best. We really recommend doing the trip with Sokaraja :)

We had one of the best experiences of our life at Sokaraja! The crew goes above and beyond to welcome you, but at the same time everything is very low key and convivial. We stayed at one of the double cabins and it was very comfy. The food was also great. And more than anything, we really loved spending time with our dive masters! People passionate about anything related to diving and who make their best to prepare you for the very challenging dives at Komodo. This boat is owned and operated by an Italian, and you can tell everything that matters is up to the best standards. Equipment in perfect condition, they'll change or fix anything immediately if you point to the slightest issue. The only but, if you have small feet or an oddly shaped nose, invest on masks and fins before joining if you don't have your own. Anyway, after this trip you'll want to repeat and you'll end up buying your own equipment!

Absolutely fantastic!
Boat with 2 private cabins (we stayed in one) and 6 bunk beds. No A/C, but not really needed. Staff super friendly, food was fantastic. Diveguides and divesites great mix with driftdives and walldives. Felt safe at all times. Super nice sundeck and places to hang out in both sun and shade. Easy booking. Would go again any time!

Amazing experience at extremely affordable price
We dived some of the most incredible spots which for the majority we had all to ourselves. Our Dive master Peter was a Flores local with a fantastic knowledge of the sites, sea creatures and corals that inhabited them. Always pointing out so much that we would have missed if he hadn't shown us. It was wonderful that this boat was providing alternative jobs to locals outside of fishing- which has had negative impacts on the national park. The whole trip was extremely well organised. All staff were very approachable and professional. The boat was always clean. Chef cooked up a storm for every meal. Thank you Luca and Sokaraja Team for making such an unforgettable experience for myself and my mates.
