The 53m Phinisi liveaboard caters to up to 20 guests in 9 fully-equipped luxurious cabins, each with a private en-suite bathroom, double or twin beds, and individually controlled AC. Incredible experience in every respect. Dom and his crew really took care of us. The diving was amazing. The abundance of fish and corals were like none we have experienced before, just beautiful. Having the Donney to take us out to dive was invaluable and provided the utmost comfort and ease for getting in and out of the water. Food was great and the bartending staff were super friendly and amusing. Amil, our dive master had the best eyes for finding small things as well as pointing out all the amazing large fish before they even came into our view! Thanks to all the crew we had a great trip.

It was smooth from airport pickup in rural Kaimana. I was delighted to see the "zen is home" on arrival, and immediately felt home too on sighting the dhoni - the only way to dive. Crew were super friendly and engaging throughout the trip, tailoring details as they got to know you. Cruise director was extremely experienced in hospitality, choosing dive sites and knowledgeable about marine life. so much fun.

From A to Z - High expectations fulfilled From Welcoming guests until Dive Briefings, immediate treatments on your wishes. Zen Team is fully oriented to their guests, boat is greatly organized and maintained and clean. Very comfortable in rooms, and lovely sundeck. Dom is a great dive guide, you see and feel his passion and great experience on diving the area, and expect a great sense of humor and availability throughout the all trip! And what original diving suit :) I will always keep this experience as one of the best of my liveaboards.

Amazing Trip
Our trip was organized very well. Transfers from airport and back, crew was super qualified, on board guys and dhoni crew done their job perfectly. Diving was also good, for those who a looking for corals, small fish life. Ac(air conditioner) was silent and worked well.

The ZEN team turned this "Best of Komodo Expedition" into a fantastic adventure for all guests on board. The attention to detail and level of service was exquisite. A particular highlight was the way in which the team shared its profound understanding of Komodo's dive sites with us, supporting photography and filming efforts along the way.

Fun 11 days on Scuba Spa in Indonesia
My wife and I had a great time on the scuba spa, Indonesia. My wife doesn’t dive so she did the spa. I did scuba. Our guide Director, Dom, was awesome and very informative. My dive guide, Sammy, was also very knowledgeable and energetic, which was perfect. The food and service Was more than we could ask for. The crew was extremely attentive and pleasant. bottom line. We had a great trip and we look forward to doing it again.

Unforgettable experience
Great crew, felt safe all the time. The diving in Raja Ampat really deserves its reputation as the most beautiful coral reef in the world. Food quality is on par with luxury hotel restaurants and the beach bbq is such an amazingly fun idea. The spa therapists are awesome and the variety of massage types is great to keep things refreshing. This is a luxury cruise so although it might be more expensive than other liveaboards, the value for money is excellent.

Fantastic experience that I would easily recommend
tl;dr ScubaSpa was well worth the price. The large cabins were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the scuba was seamless. This was my first liveaboard and first time in Raja Ampat. Both blew away my expectations. I think a large part of that was due to ScubaSpa. I didn't know if I wanted to do a liveaboard. I've been diving for over a decade but always a few days from shore during my trips. The older I've gotten the more willing I have been to spend money on comfort and convenience. So I worried about being stuck on a cramped boat for a week and doing a lot of dives. That ended up noting being a problem with ScubaSpa. The extra boat (dhoni) they have made diving extremely seamless. Everything was kept on the spacious dive boat, taken care of, and prepared before each dive. The groups were small at 2-4 people and each guide took different paths so that we weren't all crowded. It really made the dives much more enjoyable not having 8 other people try to crowd around a tiny shrimp. The atmosphere was relaxed but efficient. I appreciated having an itinerary and how many dives they packed into our stay. I was afraid of being burnt out by diving, and towards the end I was getting tired, but I found myself being disappointed that I couldn't do even more dives.

A bucket list dream week
Good diving, good dive, masters, felt safe all the time. Good food and service. It’s a larger boat than most and has less movement and the little bit of rough water we had.

Person the diving! It was excellent! Aside from some cloudy skies, which impacted the light underwater, and the plankton, the visibility was not excellent, but still very good. The boat crew and staff were all excellent, friendly, and did their jobs well. Food was very good and plentiful. What sets this boat apart is the donni. It is a floating, dive deck, separate boat that follows the board, all your dive gear, compressors, and wet stuff stay on the Donni, and the Dive boat remains dry, Scuba spa Z is the only boat and Indonesia with this extra boat. Other boats use zodiacs which are fine , But for me, this was a big bonus

Amazing experience with luxury, super care and superb diving.
From the first step on the boat we were welcomed with warm professionalism. The boat is a floating mansion and the crew are always trying their best to anticipate your every need. Our cruise director, Dom, lead his very fine crew with absolute precision to always ensure we received safe and friendly service. Our cabin was spacious and spotlessly maintained. The shower was larger than the one we have at home! We had a fabulous program of diving this amazing remote area of Indonesia. My husband, John, one month away from turning 80, kept up with the younger divers and did every available dive with mastery and enjoyment. At 74, I found my less experienced diving history and more cautious approach meant I was more easily tired and challenged by the diving demands. Dom to the rescue …and he became my exclusive Dive Master and “Buddy”, making sure I was supported in every descent and ascent from the fabulous underwater sights below. With Dom’s amazing ability to spot and identify everything underwater I was able to see amazing sealife – reef fish galore, turtles, rays, some big fish (I loved the giant purple Wrasse) and schools of hunting fish. I was delighted to be offered a combination dive/spa package. This enabled me to be treated by the beautiful Liidia who has magic hands. Shore excursions gave us the chance to see how the islanders live as well as learn about the long and interesting history of the spice islands. We had surprise social celebrations such as a welcome cocktail on the roof as well as a sunset drinks party, sitting on beanbags on an amazing beach at sunset (which seemed to last for hours and was so brilliant with glorious colours and everchanging awesome cloud shapes}. The delicious food was varied and abundant with a taste of many cuisines. Our liveaboard experience was one of the best of many travels and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Couldn’t have asked for a better first liveaboard experience
I stayed on Zeb Scuba Spa for a week and would absolutely come back second time. The crew, dive masters and management are an incredible team and work hard to make your stay the best it can possibly be. From the food, the upkeep of the spaces/private rooms, dive planning, accommodation, excursions off the boat and spa were exceptional. We unfortunately were hit with very uncommon rainy weather our week but the team made adjustments and still offered an array of fun activities and dive sites. This was my first time on a liveaboard and I think Zen Scuba Spa set the bar high. I appreciate the efforts of everyone working on that ship and will recommend to anyone interested in an experience like this. Oh and the second boat dedicated to diving and holding equipment/etc was a game changer.
