An indescribable journey - I'll be back!

The boat is big and the cabins are very clean. Due to the small number of people, it runs very well. The food was also delicious and individual needs were also catered for.The crew is really great - always courteous. Everything was really taken from us.When diving alone, we only had to put on and take off our suits.I took my own equipment with me, but the rental equipment made a good impression. The dives were indescribable. Quite demanding, too. I had little experience with currents before, but our guide Adam took great care of me and I felt safe at all times (there are also GPS transmitters for emergencies). The dives are also individually adapted, i.e. there was always an alternative diving route in strong currents, which was a little more protected. The Komodo route is really great, sometimes we were the only liveaboard in some places (especially in the south).I thought it was great that there are a maximum of 14 guests on board, which made everything very individual. As already written, the crew was really great. They made this trip unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this boat in my private environment and will come back for a different route.Makasi!! 🤿

Malaillo is a ship that can only inspire every diver.

The wooden ship is a dream, the team keeps the boat in good shape. Diving caters to the needs of the guests. You feel fully cared for all around. Fantastic the drinks after each dive, the food wonderful. Hot chocolate after every night dive, what more could you want. The whole team on board treats every guest with friendliness and after a short time on board you feel like you have arrived in a family. Nature and the environment are looked at, no plastic on board. Just perfect. Anytime again Malaillo!!

Great service and safety. Excellent experience.

Shoutout to our DM, Teri! The crew provided excellent service and were extremely helpful throughout. Safety was clearly a priority, as every diver was equipped with an ENOS device. They are also very accommodating if you are uncomfortable with strong currents, they will drop you off in sheltered areas so you can explore comfortably. The only unfortunate issue was that the Nitrox machine broke down two days into the trip, meaning we had to dive on regular air for the remainder. Lastly, while the traditional wooden boat certainly has its flair, be aware that the creaking wood may disrupt light sleepers.
