The beautiful Ilike Indonesia is a traditional phinisi offering year-round trips in the stunning Indonesian archipelago. Itineraries cover dive areas such as Raja Ampat, East Flores, the Forgotten Islands, Alor, Triton Bay, and Komodo National Park and vary from short 5-night trips to longer 13-night trips. Onboard dive facilities include the spacious dive deck at the front of the boat, underwater camera setup and preparation area, 2 dive tenders for pick up and drop off, and nitrox for those certified (extra charge).

Absolutely booking with them again!
It was amazing! There was adequate breaks between dives to ogle photos from the prior dive, eat/drink, take a nap, or just soak in the amazing scenery. Very well organized and communication was amazing, even when it was a developing situation due to someone getting DCS. They took care of us like family. I rented all my gear, except mask and they were all amazingly taken care of and when the mouth piece wearing out they replaced it before I even had a chance to mention it.

Organization and communication. Dive briefs and communication of expectations for the dive. Personalities of the crew: there were always little jokes and cheers and water being advertised as more than just water to hydrate us: “wine before your dive?” Haha.

A unique and memorable experience on a more traditional wooden sailboat
Alot of varied dive sites with differing topography. More of a traditional sailing feel without all those unneeded luxuries. Crew was very nice. Amazing scenery along the way. As a more novice diver, the team accommodated my skill level well.

The 30 mantas at Manta Alley, the frogfish and its little eyes, the splendor of the sites each having something special to discover, the evenings watching the shooting stars on deck, the precise and fun briefings at the same time, the hoohoos of the crew when we came back from diving, the beauty of the Ilike with all sails out, the care with which each member of the crew does their job, starting with the Liveboard director, David, who creates an atmosphere that is both warm and professional. The best diving in the world!
The biggest schools of fish I've ever seen- a "tornado" of jacks, loads and loads of glass fish all around the bommies, and the most colorful, vibrant corals. Of all the places in the world I've dove, this was my most favorite and worth the 40+ hours of air travel to get here!~

From the first moment, everything was perfectly organized and there was a close and professional atmosphere that made the trip even more special.The crew is exceptional: attentive, friendly and always with a smile. You can see the passion they have for what they do and the care with which they treat divers, both in and out of the water. Always ready to help, answer any questions and make sure every dive was safe and memorable.The food was another great highlight. Varied, hearty and delicious, with options for all tastes. After each dive, it was a real treat to get back on the boat and enjoy well-prepared dishes, snacks and drinks that made you feel at home.And of course, the dives were amazing. Well-selected dive sites, clear and detailed briefings, and a perfect rhythm that allowed you to enjoy each dive to the fullest. An amazing week on Ilike!
It was a great trip, the diving conditions were not perfect for Raja Almost, but we still saw a lot, and the cruise director did her best to select dive spots where we would see the most different life. The staff were all super helpful, friendly, and great fun, which really added to the experience. The rental gear was good, and the boat was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The food was fantastic and varied, the sit down three course meal for dinner was a nice bit of luxury! The two land excursions were also fun.

Beautiful boat and best crew ever
The friendly and highly capable crew is what makes the stay on this beautiful wooden Penisi boat special! I love the way everything was taken care of, be it offering great food for everyone at all times, arranging diving and making sure all we had to do was hopping onto the tender as well as providing a perfect back-up plan when the weather didn't make it easy for us. Cabins are comfortable and the suites very spacious. Please note that it is a wooden boat, meaning it can be a bit noisy with all the creaking and cracking during sailing. But that is part of the experience and didn't affect our sleep at all. The common areas are spacious and well taken care of and food was tasty with plenty of choice of local and international dishes including nice options for guests with special dietry requirements. Best part for me was making the joint decision amongst crew dircetor and our group to do some exploration dive where it seemed interesting and we had exceptional dives.

Amazing experience overall.
This was no doubt one of the best diving trips I have done. Yes the dive sites were amazing, but the positive experience would not have happened if not facilitated by the Ilike boat crew. They all worked well as a team; They have a system that worked well, everyone remembered which equipments were whose etc - they were all ready for each dive. A big shout out to Cruise Director Eduard who led the team by example. He was very knowledgable and adjusted the itinerary to maximise our diving experience. Overall, a very memorable experience. Thank you!

Great boat, Great diving
My 2nd cruise in Raja Ampat. Glad to see some of the dive sites are still supreme! Ilike is overall a very good boat. The price is not cheap for us but considering the number of dives, it's actually good value. Cabin are communal areas are comfortable, although hygiene department is a bit of a let down. I love the Indonesian crew. But the boat is clearly more catered towards European guests, and has a healthy dose of sophistication. Although I cannot say I love this vibe, but at least I understand this is the mater of personal taste. The cruise directors and two out of three divemasters are European, they did a fantastic job in organizing everything from divings, activities to other daily matters.

Amazing trip
The crew systematically goes the extra mile to offer a service that is above what other liveaboards offers. The director and dive masters are very knowledgeable about local dive sites and are able to guide us to amazing sites while avoiding the crowd and adapting to the weather. Also special mention to the chef as the food was great the whole week, everything homemade on board.

The most amazing trip of a lifetime
I cannot say enough about the crew and the adventure. Everything was carefully choreographed to ensure that you had the best experience. The crew went to great lengths to ensure that we were able to enjoy diving and I felt absolutely loved and cared for. It was an experience I’ve not had on any other live aboard and I’ve done many. Everything you needed was at your fingertips and everyone treated you as though you were the most special passenger. I was a solo traveler, but felt right at home. I was nervous to drive as I hadn’t been diving for a long time. Guides and the dive briefings were fabulous. Everyone was there to make sure I was safe and had an experience of a lifetime. I laughed so much. It was as though we were on a luxury boat without the cost. Everything you needed was done for you. You just had to breathe and jump into the water. If you want to experience the real treasures of Raja Ampat - this ship and its crew are for you. I will go again with this company - something I’ve never done before, because the experience was so profound.

Team organization, service (food, cleanliness, support on deck), dive guides (competence, friendliness), as well as the management of the trip were extremely good.
Black manta rays, wobbegong, turtles, cuttlefish, octopuses, blue-ring octopus, piper ghostfish, nudibranchs, grey reef shark, large schools of barracudas, jacks, tuna, very large schools of fusilieres, snappers, incredible variety of corals!

Supreme crew members made our Komodo trip safe and special
The diving sites were amazing with healthy reefs and diverse marine lives from Pigmy Seahorse to Manta Ray. The crew members made sure that the current was not too strong (but it's Komodo) and cheerfully greeted divers after each dive.
