Emperor HARMONI, amazing crew and world-class diving. Misool exceeded my expectations!
I just finished a trip of a lifetime on the Emperor Harmoni. The whole staff went above and beyond to make this trip more enjoyable than I could imagine. The diving was incredible! We were coming up from every dive seeing new and interesting things and the sights from the boat were so beautiful. The boat itself is extra spacious and cozy, there’s a nice sun deck to practice yoga (mats provided) or to enjoy a cocktail at sunset. What really made the trip memorable was the crew. Wow, do they work hard and have a great time doing it. Nihed was always happy to have a conversation and ensuring that everyone was having a good time. He took care of all the fine details of the trip and served as a great crew leader alongside Phil, who brought his knowledge and passion for the ocean to the team. Phil’s dive briefings, along with his beautifully drawn dive site maps, were always informative and enjoyable. Danny, our guide made sure that we had an enjoyable diving experience, adjusting to the currents and pointing out all the marine life we wanted to see, including mantas, wobbegong sharks, reef sharks, pygmy seahorses, and nudibranchs, the list goes on…. Gustin and Jarod were also great, though I didn’t dive with them. The kitchen staff—Dimos, Ari, and Nandar did a great job making delicious meals for all the hungry divers on the boat, while accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences. Elon, Lee, and Andi were amazing front of the boat staff, serving our meals, making us drinks, and discussing the day’s dives. Their attentiveness and attention to detail were impressive. The boat even organized a fun sunset cocktail party on the beach for us one evening. Captain Augestian and his officers, Salgap and Asbullah, ensured that the boat sailed smoothly and navigated to the best areas and conditions during the trip. The dingy drivers, Wawan, Anto, and Emang gave us a sporty ride to and from the boat and divesites. Who knew diving from a dinghy would be so fun! The boat engineering crew—Tatok, Amir, and Harry kept everything running smoothly. They refilled our tanks after each dive and also gave us a tour of the engine room one evening. Raja Ampat and the HARMONI was a trip I’ll never forget. If you’re considering a liveaboard trip with outstanding service and beautiful coral gardens, HARMONI is where it’s at. Once you’re on board, you’ll have the opportunity to see for yourself how amazing and fun this crew is. Happy diving!

Long time dream became a real
The visibility wasn't like crystal in most of the spots, but we saw Napoleon fish and Wobbegong every time. Lucky enough we saw manta rays and it was a beautiful moment.

Amazing crew, boat and fantastic ship mates
From pick up to drop off the whole crew were amazing. The cruise director Phil was made to do this job. Always on hand to help your trip be the best it could. The entire crew run a happy and smooth operation and nothing is too much trouble. I dropped on with an amazing group of people who made the trip as a solo traveller a memorable experience. Although diving was great if i am honest expected more from the legendary Raja Ampat. Glad I went but not sure would travel from UK just to dive there.

A good and relaxed experience to conquer the ocean of Raja Ampat on a modern Phinisi
Emperor Harmoni is a one of a kind wooden Phinisi boat. It's spacious, common areas are large with sundeck areas around the boat. Rooms are comfortable especially the upper deck with large windows to soak up the views of Raja Ampat. If you're willing to pay the extras, this liveaboard and rooms are nice. Safety on board is highly kept. This boat also promotes extras are included in the price like park fees, nitrox, wifi (only in lounge). If you want a hassle free expenditure during your trip and have it all inclusive, it's a good choice. Charging is only available in the main lounge area and the space is limited for camera and charging for over 20 guests. The local Indonesian dive masters and local crew (from servicemen to Captain) were all very professional with attention to details.

An incredible first liveaboard trip!
This was our first time on a liveaboard and I think we may have peaked too soon with this amazing boat. We had an incredible 10 days on Harmoni diving Raja Ampat. The whole operation was flawless, the very friendly and hardworking crew made sure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. There were plenty of spots to relax on board, and the boat is very spacious, so it is easy to find a spot to relax on your own for awhile. One of our favourite parts of the trip was our dive guide Nihed - he was a brilliant guide and cruise director. The food was delicious, perhaps too delicious.. !! We had a double under deck cabin and found it very spacious. The bed was comfy and ensuite shower was good too. With it being a wooden boat, when the boat is moving (which only happened for the long crossings at the beginning and end of the trip) it is noisy and creaks a lot. I don't think the cabins above deck had an issue with noise. This wasn't a big deal, as it was only for a couple of nights. The room could also smell a little damp at times, but again, this didn't really bother me. These are the only negatives I could say about this boat. It was excellent and we would definitely dive with Emperor again.
