The Blue Manta Liveaboard has 14 beautifully furnished cabins. Each cabin measures a spacious 20sqm and has en-suite bathrooms and individually controlled air-conditioning. With 3 chefs aboard the Blue Manta Liveaboard serving no less than 5 meals per day, meal times are taken seriously, with the day starting with freshly baked bread. The Blue Manta is an underwater photographer's dream with individual camera rinse tanks, an indoor camera room, blow-dry stations, and small dive groups (4:1) so photographers can take their time and capture the beauty of the underwater world in these amazing dive sites of Indonesia.

Great diving boat on a wonderful itinerary
Manta Blue is a very spacious and comfortable boat, very stable at sea. I would recommend it to anyone who can be subject to sea sickness. We had a wonderful diving experience thanks to the efficiency and kindness of the crew. The food was great, particularly for breakfast and lunches. As a cruise director, Cedric was exceptional. His briefing were very detailed and insightful and he shared his immense knowledge of the region.

Unforgettable Dives and Impeccable Service on the Blue Manta
Returning to the Blue Manta for a second dive trip felt like coming home. The crew’s professionalism and thoughtfulness shone through in every interaction, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and well-managed. From the start, the familiar melody that greeted us each morning set an uplifting tone for the day, preparing us for the wonderful dives ahead. The diving experiences were, as always, absolutely incredible. Each dive offered a unique encounter with stunning underwater vistas and vibrant marine life, all made more profound by the crew's unwavering respect for the ocean. A particularly heartwarming highlight was celebrating a fellow diver's birthday—where a few dive masters, showcased their musical talents, transforming into a live band that brought warmth and joy to everyone aboard. Additionally, the BBQ night was not just delicious but also a fun and engaging event, enhancing the sense of community and enjoyment that defines the Blue Manta experience. These elements combined—the comforting routine, the expert and caring service, the spectacular dives, and the special celebrations—crafted an unforgettable journey that deepened my connection to this exceptional liveaboard. Inspired by these experiences, I am already planning my next trip aboard the Blue Manta.

Incredible trip
Had an amazing trip aboard Blue Manta in Komodo. Everything about this liveaboard is amazing from the size of the rooms to the crew and the quality of the food. Outstanding service and the rooms are so much larger and more luxurious than other boats. Amazing DMs who know the sites and terrain very well. Can’t wait to go back.

Raja Ampat. Period.
Raja Ampat lived up to its reputation. So grateful to get off the waitlist for Blue Manta. Don’t wait too long to book. Dive sites were a blast with some many fish, Cedric our maestro ran a top ship, the crew were incredibly hospitable and food was delicious, Vickly represented the best of divemasters, and my peers were a great, friendly group. Many of whom had been on the ship (and route) several times prior. Hope to do a crossing and/or Komodo soon with them. 5 stars!

Simply the best boat!!
This was my second trip on Blue Manta. I was on the boat in Komodo and just got back from Raja Ampat. This is the best liveaboard I’ve been on. It’s huge and very stable. The service was unbelievable and everyone from the cruise director to the dive masters and chefs went out of their way to give the best service. The rooms are huge, food was awesome and the diving was incredible. I can’t wait to get back on this boat.

A great week aboard a recent boat and with all the essentials to feel at home. Very professional and caring crew. The only downside is the last 2 dives of the trip, more mainstream and close to Sorong, surprising for this type of trip

Spectacular Diving with a Boat and Crew to Match
Diving in Raja Ampat was just awesome. Manta Rays are astounding. Good dive guides, great facilities. Camera Room is best I have ever experienced - I have dove all over the world, over a 1000 dives, this Camera room is like one someone would have on land versus on a boat. Rooms great, temperature control was amazing. Showers on the back of the boat - all 5 - what a pleasure. Oh - and I was worried about USA style power receptacles - the place is littered with them, European, US, very nice. Camera room had huge amount of Power strips to accommodate everyone. I have a big setup that has lots of things that need charging (Nikon D3X, Subal, Sea and Sea Strobes, Light and Motion Floods) and Laptop too. All fit great!! Rinse tanks too, and compressed air for drying! Travel to and from airport was easy and well organized. No waiting, just helpful folks moving luggage and people in A/C comfort. First class. Also - I love non-sugared Iced Tea on trips like these, I brought black tea bags and they had a pitcher of Iced Tea in the dining area for the whole 10 days we shared with everyone (it was popular). Very accomodating and nice staff.
