De prachtige Tiburon Explorer liveaboard is nieuw sinds 2020 en biedt geweldige duiktrips op de Galapagoseilanden. De elegante en ruime liveaboard is geschikt voor slechts 16 gasten en biedt 9 comfortabele hutten op het beneden- en hoofddek. Elke cabine heeft airconditioning en een eigen badkamer, een queensize- of twin bed en veel bergruimte. De cabines op het hoofddek hebben grote ramen met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Er is een salon op het hoofddek met airconditioning, tv en lounge en eettafels waar heerlijke gerechten worden geserveerd. Voor verdere ontspanning kunnen gasten tot rust komen op het bovendek, genieten van het gedeeltelijk overdekte zonnedek, of ontspannen in de hot tub.
De Tiburon Explorer liveaboard is gebouwd door duikers, voor duikers, en biedt alles om van uw duikreis op de Galapagoseilanden een onvergetelijke ervaring te maken. Het uitgestrekte duikdek is uitgerust met individuele uitrusting bakken, lucht- en nitrox vulstations, en aparte zoetwater spoeltanks voor kit en camera uitrusting. Galapagos routes zijn 7 nachten lang en verkennen de beste duiklocaties van de westelijke archipel, inclusief de wereldberoemde Darwin & Wolf.

The best diving you'll ever do on the best boat, with the best crew.
I cannot say enough amazing things about my liveaboard trip on the Tiburon Explorer. The boat looks exactly like the photos - sleek interiors and the most incredible cabins - so spacious! We enjoyed the hot tub after nearly every dive and had hours chatting and tanning on the sundeck. The food was so fresh, healthy and creative. However, the top highlights were the dives (duh, it's the Galapagos! We saw hundreds of hammerheads, WHALE SHARKS (on 4 of our dives at Darwin), mola molas, iguanas, seals, dolphins, it's simply the best diving in the world) -- and another highlight was the service from the crew, guides, and captain. I was absolutely blown away. Pre and post-dive, 5-star service - helping you adjust your gear, zip your wetsuit, put on your gloves; serving hot chocolate after cold dives; hanging your wetsuits and organizing all your gear for the next dive. When getting ready; I never had to ask for help; someone was just always there ready to assist. The captain (Jacinto) was at the dive deck during every single dive, helping check our gear and standing with the crew welcoming us back when we returned. Another example of above & beyond hospitality - we encountered poor visibility on our first day at Wolf Island; the next day we arrived at Darwin to much better visibility and whale sharks!!! Our group was elated and our guide (the incredible Jonathan!) mentioned that we might be able to have the captain request to stay another day at Darwin. We talked to the captain and he immediately contacted the park authorities and arranged for us to stay an extra day; where we had another 2 dives with whale shark encounters. The interior staff was amazing as well, remembering our preferences and always smiling. I have been diving for quite a while and have never seen a operation so well organized and efficient. I also worked in luxury hotels for years -- this was truly a luxury liveaboard experience. I've recommended it to all my friends and will absolutely be back on the Tiburon Explorer again. Hats off to the entire crew!

- Service - it was just incredible service from the crew, guides and captain. Diving - we saw hammerheads, whale sharks, dolphins, mola molas - it's truly the best diving in the world.. The boat - the boat was incredibly well-designed and kept in great condition - absolutely luxurious in every way - especially the cabins..

Bucket list trip to the Galapagos, non-stop diving with an amazing crew
Amazing trip - highlight was diving at Darwin, the crew was extremely helpful and service was impeccable throughout. We had an incredible amount of food - four fantastic meals daily.

If I could give this experience 10 stars, I absolutely would. The week I spent aboard the Tiburon Explorer in the Galapagos Islands was nothing short of extraordinary. The boat itself is fantastic – modern, spacious, and meticulously maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for divers. The crew on the Tiburon Explorer is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Their professionalism and friendliness created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made this trip unforgettable. The food was another highlight of the trip. Every meal felt like a gourmet experience, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was a hearty breakfast, a sumptuous lunch, or a delightful dinner, the culinary team delivered time and time again. But what really sets this liveaboard apart is the focus on providing an unparalleled diving experience. The diving in the Galapagos is like watching an IMAX movie unfold right before your eyes. The underwater landscapes are teeming with life, and every dive was filled with awe-inspiring encounters with marine creatures. The dive guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we were always in the right place at the right time to witness the wonders of the ocean. Having been a diver for nearly 50 years, I can confidently say that this was the best diving experience I’ve ever had. The Tiburon Explorer and its crew made this a truly exceptional adventure. I cannot recommend this boat and cruise more highly. If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime diving trip, the Tiburon Explorer in the Galapagos should be at the top of your list.

The best of the best!
I had high expectations of the trip, and it exceeded all of them! We had a group of wonderful other divers, absolutely amazing guides, and the crew were attentive and kind and full of humor. Our room was comfortable and luxurious, the food was good, and the diving was out of this world. It felt like paradise!

Excellent Scuba trip to Galapagos aboard Tiburon Explorer
My son and I had an amazing time scuba diving in the Galapagos aboard the Tiburon Explorer. The ship is new, built in 2020 and super luxury. The itinerary was excellent; we went to Darwin and Wolf islands, where most boats don't go. Throughout the week we saw hammerheads, whales, dolphins, rare penguins and birds. The staff is wonderful. Food was excellent. The only thing I would say is bring plenty of cash. No one takes credit cards or the fee is 6%. You have to pay for nitrox, tips, fuel surcharge and nature park ($200 pp) fees in cash. I would recommend bringing $500 per person

The best liveaboard I’ve been on!
The eight days went by so quickly. I think the highlights were definitely diving Wolf and Darwin, but all the dives were great. Alex and Ronnie are great divemasters. The Panga drivers were terrific. The entire staff were genuinely friendly and always went their extra mile. It was also a great group of guests. Fun folks and good divers! I loved this trip!!!

Simply amazing! This was a flawless trip. The dive sites and boat/crew were top notch!
The diving was comfortable and the crew has the process down to a science. The dive sites were amazing. The food was excellent and the entire crew were knowledgeable and helpful. I have zero complaints about the trip and am seriously considering going back at some point. The land excursions were great and added much value to the overall package. I highly recommend the Tiburon Explorer and it's crew. What a trip!
