Best week ever with amazing dives!!
Diving on the Galaxy Diver 2 was amazing. The boat was freshly painted and everything was well looked after and taken care of. The briefing area was very comfortable to hang out in and the rooms were well equipped and also comfortable. The crew were at the top of their game, everyone was more than happy to help us suit up and rip us out of our wet suits. And nothing beats the hot showers AND hot towels!! The prep area was well organized and always kept super clean. Food was incredible, showing off tons of local ecuadorian cuisine. They even did a birthday cake for myself and another person celebrating. Our dive guides, Juan and William, were also incredible. I’ve never dove with such a large group before (8 people) but they gave super thorough and informative briefings and also took great care of us out in the water. They were both super knowledgeable and had eagle eyes to spot all the things including Mola Mola and Galapagos sharks! They were also super honest about what to expect with the conditions which I appreciated. It was maybe a bit much to dive 3 times in the morning and once in the afternoon but I guess we just really earned that 8pm bedtime. I rented almost a full kit of dive gear and it was all in excellent condition and well maintained. With El Niño, I didn’t need the 7mm wetsuits with the unseasonably warm water (27 at Darwin in June!) but it was still appreciated. I was very sad to leave my boat bubble after the week.

Great guides, great crews, great boat, nothing to complain. Guides still bring us to see every highlight, school of hammerheads, mola mola, whale sharks, even during el-nino, they still managed to find them.

All crew were safe, professional and friendly. Systems and processes are smooth to allow for safe and comfortable diving in a place with an abundance of animal life. Great food and well managed expectations (my high hopes were well met).

Amazing experience
We had a great time with Galaxy Diver II! We were truly amazed by everything. They think of all the small things. Like giving us a warm towel after a dive. And having everyone, including the boat captain, help when getting ready to go go for a dive.
