The Serenity is a 33-meter/108-foot liveaboard taking 22 guests on diving trips through Egypt’s Red Sea in 12 air-conditioned cabins with ensuite facilities. There are 8 cabins with twin beds on the lower deck, 2 cabins with king-size beds in front of the main deck, and 2 cabins with twin beds on the upper deck. All the cabins are air-conditioned and equipped with mini-fridges, toilets, showers, and storage space.

The lounge area is perfect for relaxation and features a large dining room, a spacious living room with WiFi, air conditioning, a bar, TV, DVD player, and a PlayStation 5. There are 3 sundecks to choose from – one on the main deck and two on the superior deck. The food is freshly prepared and delicious, and vegetarian and vegan options are available. The menu offers a diverse range of options, including fish, seafood, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages, available throughout the day. The buffet style ensures that everyone can find something they like.

BDE route in luxury
The brothers-deadalus-elphinstone itinerary is one of the best in the world to see large pelagic animals. + 2 dive days on shallower reefs to see some Macro and do night dives. Last day we went to "Dolphin house" reef, it was magical.
Recommended for
Sea life (sharks, rays, dolphins). Nice guides. Great food (3 buffet a day + snacks at all time).

After about 15 liveaboards elsewhere my first in the Red Sea. The Serenity is not the newest boat, but it is well preserved. We had sometimes strong winds and in strong seas there was water in the upper cabins. The cabins are tight but I found the mattresses very comfortable. We were only four guests on board and maybe that's why we enjoyed very personal service. Before and after the dive, helping hands were always on hand. Briefings were extensive and security-oriented.Service at meals also fantastic!

Great diving on a good boat with fantastic people.
The trip was great, I highly recommend this boat. The cabins were comfortable (though a little dated), food was delicious, and the crew were very friendly. I will say the BDE route is way too busy with a dozen dive boats at every dive site, but that isn't their fault. The dives were still great, but I wish the dive sites weren't so busy. We needed more dive guides and smaller groups. All the same this operation was fantastic and I felt safe.

First boat on the Thistlegorm and on other dive sites too, so organisation of the trip was amazing. Best food on a liveaboard ever! Super clean and comfortable boat, big cabins, and friendly and helpful crew. Ashraf’s briefings are an experience in themselves! We would come back on this boat without hesitation.

Diving in amazing dive sites for a reasonable price
I spent a week on the Serenity. The whole crew was welcoming and made me feel at home the moment I entered the boat. Cabin always clean, people at the dive deck always helping and marking sure we're safe, Hassan the chef cooking amazing meals and everyone going in and about to make you feel good. Diving was amazing with bright colours, some sharks and professional guides. We had a 1:10 ratio which was okay as we had loads of professionals (as guests) on the boat but a third dive guide would be better for the next trip. Borrowed dive equipment was in good condition. Cabins are small but sufficient for the week. Only downside was that a few of us had problems with the AC a few times. Crew always attended to it straight away.

Serenity is a pearl amongst red sea liveaboards. You can see its age here and there, but that is not a bad thing! It means, that Serenity has been successfully on the market for years, which you can see in their highly professional crew, the best dive guides ever and their security procedures (we even had a simulated emergency training). Even when we had bad visibilty and few shark sightings, the fanstatic group we had made it an unforgettable week aboard Serenity. All thumbs up from us! See y‘all again one time….

Our Red Sea Dive Safari Experience - Truly Unforgettable!
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a Red Sea dive safari with Divers&Co and I can confidently say it was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we stepped aboard, we were blown away by the level of professionalism and hospitality provided by the crew and our guides. The diving opportunities in the Red Sea are unparalleled, and the guides on this safari were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about showcasing the underwater world. We had the privilege of encountering some of the most remarkable creatures, including sharks, rays, sea turtles and all the usual suspects inhabiting the red sea. The boat itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making every moment spent on board a delight. The food was exceptional, offering a delicious blend of local cuisine and international dishes to satisfy every palate. What truly set this safari apart, though, was the sense of community and camaraderie among fellow divers. We shared stories, laughter, and unforgettable moments both above and below the water. Solid value for a Red Sea adventure.
The Serenity provided a good introduction and experience to the Red Sea. We did the BDE Southern Route. The boat is in good shape although guests in other cabins had some issues with water leaking in. Cabins were modest but well kept with regular change of sheets and towels. The dive guides were excellent with very good knowledge of the sites and described the dive plan with contingencies and followed them. Overall a very fun and good experience. The crew was very attentive and helpful dressing and getting in & out of the water.

Dive guides and crew were great. The divers on board were all advanced. Food was very good with variations for lunch and dinner everyday.

11/10 - Best LiveAboard Experience in the Red Sea
The Serenity on the BDE route in the Red Sea in Egypt was my very first liveaboard - and I can't think of anything that could have been better. The entire crew - from the guides to the steward and mechanic to the captains, skippers and cooks - were incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive and passionate about it. A big thank you to Ashraf, Helal, Adham, Raed, Mahmoud and everyone else on this boat who worked so hard to give us the best trip possible! We were a relatively large group, but everything was very well organized and well structured. The groups were adjusted again and again according to the level and level of experience of the divers in the course of the tour, which was great. The equipment was in good condition, the dives were well selected and briefed, the food was just fantastic - from breakfast to lunch to afternoon snacks and dinner. I traveled alone and met great people on the boat. See you on board next year!
