A fantastic Red Sea adventure with professional dive operations, friendly crew, and top-notch service throughout.
I recently joined a liveaboard on Sea Serpent Excellence, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The communication before departure was excellent, with very clear and detailed instructions about the meeting point and check-in process, making arrival smooth and completely stress-free. The crew were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guest comfort made the entire trip enjoyable. The dive briefings were comprehensive and well organized. Before each dive, the guides clearly explained the dive plan, site conditions, safety procedures, and key points of interest, ensuring everyone felt well prepared and confident in the water. The food on board was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious meals served throughout the trip. There was always something to enjoy between dives as well, with cookies, fresh fruit, and soft drinks constantly available in the lounge, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated after time in the water. Overall, it was a safe, comfortable, and exceptionally well-organized liveaboard experience. From the clear pre-trip communication and professional dive operations to the outstanding crew and excellent food, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the incredible diving of the Red Sea and would happily sail with them again.

Please do better: Different wine or additional wine selection, doorknobs of the cabins with rounded edges, do not use disposable plastic bottles, slightly warmer shower water, divide the diving groups in such a way that there is 1 space between each seat when putting on the equipment.

Nice trip but do your research
Although we overall enjoyed our stay on the sea serpent excellence with the staff being quite amazing we feel that customers should be informed about the amounts of other boats and divers on the dive sites, in our case up to 16 large vessels on the same site which of course effects the marine life and coral.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The boat, the organization, the meals, the briefings, the dive sites, the arrival and departure, the weather, the sea, the dolphins, everything! Nice crew, good food and organisation. Safety is taken very seriously. I have never felt that safe on a liveaboard. Beds are a bit short (I'm 1.85m and touched the wall) and the mattress is quite hard.

I could do this trip three more times and still not come close to seeing everything or getting board.
This was the first liveaboard trip I conducted. I could not ask for a better crew or dive guides. The wrecks were phenomenal sites to see! The abundance of life was absolutely breathtaking.

Unbeatable value for money for our first liveaboard
The trip was very well organized, we were a great group in which there was a good atmosphere every day.The guides and crew were insanely attentive, helpful and friendly. The food was incredibly tasty and plentiful. The chef has always conjured up great creations, especially at the Chef's Dinner.We drove to great spots where we met turtles, manta rays and hammerhead sharks (unfortunately the visibility was not the best, but no one came for it)! The beds were a bit hard and short but fine for a week. The best thing was the hot shower after diving in the water, which is quite cold at this time of year (April).The only thing we would have liked was that we would have been informed that there would be no reception for three days, so that we would have the opportunity to let us know at home. The wifi on board was basically not the best (which is relaxed on vacation).Overall a very great experience for our first liveaboard!!

Great experience in one of the greatest places on earth.
the highlights of my trip was the hammerhead sharks in little brother island, unfortunately we didn't catch the big family in Deadalus but we saw a couple in little brothers island. The crew was friendly and nice, the guides were really good and knowledgeable, the boat was fantastic, and the whole trip in general was just great.
