The Discovery I liveaboard offers year-round Red Sea dive safaris. She was built with divers' needs in mind and has 10 double and twin cabins comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests onboard. There are 6 twin cabins on the lower deck and 4 double or twin cabins on the upper deck, all featuring air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms, and storage space. The main indoor salon and dining room, located on the main deck, are modern and bright, with comfortable seating for all guests. On the upper deck is a bar and outdoor lounge, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and a drink at the end of the day, and a spacious sundeck with mattresses for sunbathing or relaxing in between dives.

The Discovery I liveaboard offers a variety of 7-night itineraries that allow divers to explore some of the best dive sites in the Red Sea, including the Deep South and Elphinstone route and the Northern Red Sea, Wrecks, and Ras Mohammed. A spacious dive deck and swim platform are located at the back of the boat, with ample space for gearing up. Two tenders are on hand for easy drop off and pick up at the dive sites. Nitrox is also available for those certified.

I had an amazing week, I didn't really know what to expect, this extraordinary, the crew always has a little word, a smile, they help us with each dive, they are really benevolent. The instructors are top notch I was supervised / Ramadan. and the chef cooks 🥰 he delighted us. You have to live it to believe it. The amazing dives, there were night dives every day. I had taken my 93-year-old dad with me, it's not necessarily to be done, but he has stars in his eyes. He is a former sailor and a former diver.I will come back to the Dicovery 1

A great diving experience in the Red Sea with really good value for money. Everything was just right: The crew on the boat was super friendly, the food was always delicious and more than sufficient, and the equipment was in very good condition. The route was beautiful and the dive sites really impressive. In addition, there was a really nice group of divers. Overall, I had a really cool time and I would do the tour again anytime!

Excellent experience and liveaboard
The boat is modern and well taken care of, although not excessively luxurious. The crew takes excellent care of all guests, and the food is phenomenal and varied. Dive guides are experienced, very well navigated, and also give you freedom to explore areas via unguided buddy dives where the conditions allow for it. The itinerary chosen was well designed for the weather conditions, and had a great mix of different dive sites/types (wrecks, reef, gardens, drift, night).

Incredible diving and full experience!
Such an incredible experience! The route and dive sites were great, we were very lucky and saw sharks. The crew were amazing, super helpful and friendly, dive guides included! The food was great, healthy and always so much! Cabins were as expected in a liveaboard, small but comfortable. The group were the best and made the trip that much more special!

Actually, everything was perfect. An international diving group that has grown together quite a bit in the one week. The food was great, varied and the crew very helpful.A cake was conjured up for someone on board for their birthday on the last day.Only in the port of Hurghada there is no shore power for the boats, so the ship's engines ran all night on many other boats. In Marsa Alam this was not a problem

An all-round successful trip that wants to be repeated in a similar way.
Boat, crew, supplies, route, daily routine and diving safety have meshed perfectly. At Deadalus reef hammerhead sharks and manta rays imagined themselves, at Elphinstone and at the Brothers you could drift - great cinema!

A Wonderful Week on Discovery I with Memorable Dives and Delicious Food
We had a very nice week on Discovery I. The dives were amazing, and the briefings were very well organized with a lot of attention to safety and detailed descriptions of the diving sites. The master divers above water were very helpful and reacted professionally to some unfortunate problems that can occur during any dive. So they made us feel very safe diving with them! The equipment we rent was in very good condition. My suit was brand new. The food also deserves a nice comment. It was very tasty with a large variety. The only thing I didn't like was the carpet inside the boat instead of a wooden floor. It gave a dirty impression. Generally, the boat could use a small maintenance upgrade.
