Highlights
The 43m MY Blue offers year-round dive safaris to the best of the Egyptian Red Sea. She was built with modern amenities to offer comfort, luxury, and space for 24 guests onboard. There are 12 cabins to choose from, including 7 twin cabins on the lower deck, 4 sea view cabins with either twin or double beds, and 1 master cabin with a double bed. All cabins have a separate bathroom, shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV / DVD combo, individually controlled air conditioning, safety deposit box, and storage space. Social areas include the modern salon with an entertainment system and dining area where 3 freshly prepared meals a day will be served, along with assorted snacks between dives, soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee.
MY Blue departs from Port Ghalib or Hurghada to reach some of the best destinations in the Red Sea, including the Northern Wrecks and Reefs, Thistlegorm, and Abu Nuhas as down to the iconic Southern Marine Parks of Rocky, Zabargad, Daedalus and Brothers. Offering up to 21 dives per week, this Red Sea Dive Liveaboard is not to be missed aboard the MY Blue. Not going to be redundant. One area of improvement or to look out for. Transfers to and from boat. Got lost on way to boat, and several stops on way back. Spend the money on a Private Transfer, you’ll be glad you did.

Where are the fish?
Very nice HD TVs in each room and the lounge. Satellite channels allow us to watch many different sports and news channels at any time. However, the best time to see the sharks is mid September to early December. Perhaps sea life will be more plentiful then also, as we saw very few fish on our trip in March.

We went to so many different sites during our trip. The crew worked very hard for us and always took care of our needs. The boat is in great condition and well maintained. It is an awesome liveaboard and I highly recommend MY Blue!

An incredible adventure
The biggest highlight for me was being on such an incredible boat with an amazing crew and meeting so many friendly and interesting people from around the globe. I am completely satisfied with those aspects. However, I wish I had done a little more research on the trips available on this vessel. Apparently they two types of trips. One is to the North and involves more of a search for the big sharks. Has a lot of deep diving in some rather rigorous conditions and the other is more towards the South I was told had more of the colorful reefs I had hoped to see on our trip. This is by no means a bad review of our trip, I would have preferred more of the colorful stuff.

Great week on a great boat
Seeing oceanic whitetips up close, and i mean CLOSE! The Blue boat is the nicest in the Blue Planet fleet, and easily the nicest of all the Egyptian Red Sea competitors that I could see. Dive guides were superb, and everything was taken care of to the smallest detail. Highly recommended. My only wish is that I had gone during peak season as we didn't see many hammerheads.

Best luxury dive safari money can biy
Red Sea is an amazing place to dive. We were on the boat for 2 weeks and did 2 separate tours. Several guests were on the yacht for a 2nd, 3rd or more times. Had some other Americans with us and they also said this boat is one of the best run they had ever been on.

Itinerary was excellent (Daedalus, Zabargad and Rocky), we would make it again with pleasure! Dive briefings were very detailed and comprehensive. The yacht itself is the best of what we have seen in Egypt so far, so we would definitely prefer to go with this yacht again if we plan our next safari in Egypt.

An unforgettable dive experience
Truly enjoyed my trip with the M/Y Blue. Abu Dabab, Daedalus, Elphinstone and especially Brothers are amazing dive sites, with beautiful corals, some wrecks and plenty of marine life - with the longimanus as highlight of course! First Liveaboard delivers 100%
We went to Daedalus and saw a school of hammerheads on our first dive and the trip didn't get any worse after that. Oceanic white tip at Elphinstone and corals at Brothers were the highlights as well as a great bunch of divers, guides and crew. Only downside was the amount of great food on offer which made weight management difficult !

Luxury liveaboard that exceeded expectations
I had an awesome time aboard My Blue. We were well looked after by the huge crew. The kitchen staff made sure we were well fed, and no special request was too much trouble for them. Everything was very well organised and the dive guides were great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The boat is a really nice boat, and the service is amazing, they clean cabin 3 times a day, and make nice bed. All the dive guides are helpful and kind, they helped me a lot. And chef is bravo, make good meal, bbq on the sun deck, open air lunch, nice dessert and good snack.

Beyond expectations
The boat is the perfect size to be alone or with others, the cabins have enough space, all very clean and tidy everyday. Everybody goes the extra mile to make your life as easy as possible and pleasant! The 3 chefs are excellent and the food they prepare is so delicious you’ll think you’re also in a gastronomic safari! The crew is vey kind, really knows how to make you feel special. I found the pillow to high, the crew found me a medium one. The diving sites are beautiful, diverse and full of life, the guides make you feel in secure at all times and free. Everything was very well organized. They have pills for seasickness on board, refill individual bottles for the water, books and magasins, you can buy upper body clothes in the boat.

A fabulous week !
A terrific week with only 10 guests on a boat that can accommodate 24 guests. The boat is brand new and perfectly maintained by the crew. The cabins are spacious and cleaned 3 times per day. Very friendly and always helpful crew, fantastic dives with great dive masters (3 or 4 dives per day). The food is delicious, very diversified and healthy. A fantastic week !

Totally loved it!
It was an awesome liveaboard. We had so much fun going to St. John’s reef. The crew members were super friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and everyday housekeeping would make up your bed and clean all around. I have to say that we were also very well fed, every meal was special and delicious. The chef made sure we ate well, and dive masters made sure we dove well and safe. The debriefing was very professional and SMBs were required by every diver. They also provided gps locator for emergency and nitrox free of charge. Highly recommend this liveaboard and I would definitely dive with them again in the future.

Fantastic crew, boat and food
Whilst March is a little chilly and isn't the most active time of year for life in the Red Sea, the crew of M/Y Blue made our trip highly enjoyable and the food was second to none and the chef even prepared special meals for my vegan wife. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to book this boat again.

Our trip on the Blue Liveaboard was amazing. The staff were all incredible, the chefs cooked amazing tasty food and the waiters were fantastic. The dive staff made the diving so enjoyable, there was always one on f them to help with putting on amd removing wetsuits or putting on tanks and helping us onto the zodiac. The dive guides were knowledgeable and really tried to make each dive amazing. We live every minute and will definitely be back.
