Good value for small amount, especially for beginners.
The “ Best of Hurghada “ trip visits the easily reachable divesites based on weather conditions and the experience level of the guests. It is a great option for beginners to have their first liveaboard experience, and for advanced divers if they are short on time. Dolphin House is a main highlight that everyone enjoys regardless of the experience level, however when it comes to other reefs the more advanced dives are the more beautiful the reefs will be. 50 years of dive tourism has left it’s mark on some of the easier divesites. Food is simple but delicious especially if you like Egyptian cuisine. Dive instructors are kind and professional, equipment quality and general safety is also good.

Amazing Amelia boat diving trip
Every little detail had been planned for. Every dive calculated, even when it was a group of 15+ people. Attention to detail around the boat was impeccable. We always had time to unwind and socialize before the eat, sleep and dive regime. Everybody loved it. I did a few courses, it was easy and every aspect was clearly explained.

Recommended liveaboard
Overall recommended liveaboard. Diving spots met our expectations (except for one). Diving with the dolphins and the night dives were the highlights in my opinion. Our dive guide made his efforts to show us around underwater and also helped with technical issues. Rented equipment was in good condition generally speaking and when it did not fit they replaced eg. the mask. Buddy system was a bit loose sometimes. Also when getting in and out of water sometimes safety was a bit overlooked (eg. a zodiac attached to the boat almost hit someone waiting in line to get onboard). The boat has plenty of outer space to chill between dives. Cabins are obviously small but well arranged. Private bathrooms are somewhat rusty but worked well for a shower after the dives. Food was tasty although some missed fish (was not served at all) and meat (was not served at every meal). Tea and instant coffe was available anytime.

Very good tour with a great team
Very pleasant experience and the best value for the money The boat cannot be compared to bigger boats designed for 24+ guests but it is clean and good for smaller group - also the sun deck is very optimized with a lot of sits and mattresses The tour is ideal for beginner and for refresher dives, or to pass quick certifications The dive guide ensured that Amelie Adventures are securing each slot even for 1 guests... we were 3, which offered opportunity to upgrade to upper deck cabin (he told me that following week was with 11 guests)

My first liveaboard certainly exceeded my expectations.
Strong winds meant that we weren't able to set off as early as the crew would have liked, then it took what felt like 100 years for the marshal to come and sign our release papers. I didn't mind too much as I had a book at brought some games to play. Despite the delay the dive masters and crew worked really hard to ensure we still managed to get in the maximum number of dives which was amazing. The dives were brilliant and really varied, from coral to caves and wrecks. I also did my first night dive which was incredible the amount of wildlife we saw was amazing. We did see a pod of wild dolphins, but otherwise nothing really big. Which we wouldn't expect in the red sea anyways, but it was all stunning and preserved really well. Also the dive sites were not crowded with loads of boats which I liked as sometimes the diving tourism is too much. The boat was comfortable, the cabins are a little small but the beds were made up and cleaned every day which was a nice touch. The bathrooms also instantly had hot fresh water which let me tell you in incredible after a dive and something I'll be looking for in the comments on all dive boats in future. The crew were all so lovely and even had a lovely chat with the captain. The food on the boat was so much better than I could have imagined and different every day. I would say there isn't much option if you're a vegan (I noticed) but otherwise lots to chose from. The mid meal snack where also really lovely with a range of things like pizza and samosas not just the usual fruit and crackers. Would recommend this boat and trip to anyone thinking of trying their first liveaboard or going for a quick trip.

Amazing crew making it a lovely trip
Had an amazing time aboard the Eypros1 with the team of Amelie Adventures! The crew was very helpful, continuesly trying to provide the best service they could. After every dive there was a nice drink prepared by Mahmoud, followed by either a snack or a meal. Special thanks to our diveguide Mario and captain Hisham! They took excellent care of everyone during the dive and made sure everything was arranged before leaving. To Shref (and all the other guys I forgot the names of already) a thankyou for making sure we got to see the whaleshark and dolphins up close by being ready with the Zodiac boat super fast! Would definitely recommend :)

Top liveaboard for beginners and safari novices
Positively surprised by the dive sites. Friendly and motivated crew that makes you feel safe. Just the right thing for diving beginners or safari novices. With the Comfort, you have to make a few compromises or book a cabin on the upper deck.
