Amazing Amelia boat diving trip
Every little detail had been planned for. Every dive calculated, even when it was a group of 15+ people. Attention to detail around the boat was impeccable. We always had time to unwind and socialize before the eat, sleep and dive regime. Everybody loved it. I did a few courses, it was easy and every aspect was clearly explained.

Great dives and trip but exhaust fumes really got up our noses!
The exhaust fumes were present on the whole boat- you couldn’t get away from them. The guests insisted that the generator ran all night so there was no escape from them even at night. Thankfully they got the air con working or I wouldn’t have slept. Equipment was all v good. Communications good. Food was good, but nothing for vegetarians. It would have been better to have left / dived the first day/night, as 9 dives in 2.5 days was v intense. Andrew’s eardrum ruptured on last dive.

Fabulous trip, great diving, crew and boat. Thank you!
My 15 year old son and i went, to build on his Padi open water cert. He ebded up doing his AOW. With 9 divers the boat felt spacious and we were all well accommodated for. A variety of dive experience, from 2 people doing their OW cert, thru to dive master, all which was catered to

Recommended liveaboard
Overall recommended liveaboard. Diving spots met our expectations (except for one). Diving with the dolphins and the night dives were the highlights in my opinion. Our dive guide made his efforts to show us around underwater and also helped with technical issues. Rented equipment was in good condition generally speaking and when it did not fit they replaced eg. the mask. Buddy system was a bit loose sometimes. Also when getting in and out of water sometimes safety was a bit overlooked (eg. a zodiac attached to the boat almost hit someone waiting in line to get onboard). The boat has plenty of outer space to chill between dives. Cabins are obviously small but well arranged. Private bathrooms are somewhat rusty but worked well for a shower after the dives. Food was tasty although some missed fish (was not served at all) and meat (was not served at every meal). Tea and instant coffe was available anytime.

For beginners of liveaboard
I'd definitely recommend Amelia adventures. Wessam is a great divemaster and never leaves you alone. Food, beverage, and snacks are awesome. Vessel is nice, almost a new one. Water supply is a little bad though, the water stinks little but tolerable. They clean the room every day. The diving spots are open-water-friendly, you are safe and still can find underwater wonders there.
