Highlights
The Okeanos Aggressor II liveaboard was built for comfort and stability to offer year-round diving at the remote islands of Costa Rica. The yacht provides comfortable accommodation for 24 guests in 12 en-suite cabins. Eight deluxe staterooms are located on the lower deck, and there is a double lower bed and twin upper bunk-style bed. On the main deck is the master stateroom with a queen bed, and on the upper deck are two suites that have either two twin beds or one king bed.
On the main deck is the ship's restaurant, where delicious cuisine with a varied and plentiful menu is served. Breakfast and lunches are buffet-style, and dinner is chef-prepared and served each evening. On the top deck is the BBQ and shaded cocktail bar, perfect for unwinding with fellow guests to discuss the spectacular diving of the day. Here, you can also find comfortable loungers to do some tanning in between dives.
The Okeanos II liveaboard departs from Puntarenas, Costa Rica for the 36-hour crossing to Costa Rica. Guests can enjoy up to 21 dives at the UNESCO World Heritage site for the chance of big fish encounters like nowhere else. Aside from the incredible diving, guests will also be taken ashore to hike through the jungles of Cocos and swim in the many waterfalls.

Trip of a lifetime
The diving exceeded expectations, the crew was so hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we lacked for nothing, and the food was the best I've ever had on a liveaboard. The only criticism, is that the boat's common areas could use a little updating.

Great option for cocos!
The crew was very friendly and accommodating, food was excellent. Dives were safe and enjoyable. This is a great option to see cocos and more budget friendly than the alternatives.

10/10 would go again
This was a fanstic trip to spend time with my brother and meet new friends. The diving was superb, never a dull dive day. The crew were always willing to help and were very friendly. The chefs and the food were amazing, no doubt I gained a few kilos on my vacation :). Even though some days the weather was not ideal, the crew and the dive guides did their best to still offer the best experience in and out of the water.

PuraVida in this JurassicPark like environment
What a special island, and a special feeling to be lucky enough to have been there. Crew was amazing, dives were warm and with good viz, many hammer heads around, eagle and marble rays, dolphins etc... although the best season apparently ranges from August to October, with colder waters and loads of sharks. PuraVida !

A journey through time and space
The trip to Cocos Island in Costa Rica aboard the Okeanos Aggressor II was unforgettable. With a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable crew of the operation, we were able to visit this magical destination that transports one in time and space. On the trip we shared with people from several countries around the world in a very pleasant atmosphere, being able to visit fantastic diving spots where we saw multiple species of pelagic animals from the Pacific Ocean.

An unforgettable trip
The dives were diversified but their quality consistent and most of them were as fun as they were extraordinary. My cabin (the Master cabin) was just perfect and I loved the exquisite attentions on some evenings (chocolate on the pillow etc). But I found the sandard cabins really very small, especially considering the price (that's the reason of the 4 stars "only"). I would like to point out the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of all crew members, from the cleaning man to the captain. They are all précieuse and really made this trip all the more enjoyable and all the more difficult to leave at the end. The food was also absolutely fantastic and the chefs accomodated me with delicious dishes accordingly to my vegetarian diet. Even though the boat is obviously not brand new, I found it beautiful and well maintained and enjoyed every moment on what felt like a floating home away from home. If the trip was not so expensive (one of the only flaws I can se), I would definitely do it again next year, and maybe the next, and over and over again.

Spectacular dives
The 36-hour sailing is well worth it. Extraordinary dives especially on the dirty rock site with a spectacular school of jack fish, and an unforgettable school of hammerhead sharks.

Wonderful liveboard experience in Cocos Island!
Saw many sharks: many Hammerheads, Galapagos, Tiger (one encounter in particular was just amazing!), Silk, Silvertip, counteless number of white tips. Saw mobula, eagle and marble rays. We also spotted dolphins on the surface. Big school of jack fishs and seabass. The reef life is also rich.
