It was dive eat dive, get some sleep and do it again.
It had been almost 20 years since I jumped off a boat, and 1998 since the last Blackbeard trip, but after the first day of diving it all came back. I was alone diver getting on a boat full of strangers and we quickly enjoyed each others company through the one thing we all had in common, DIVING. When I wasn't eating the wonderful food, try to get some shut-eye; I was hearing the call of the 10 minute dive warning; from there the week goes pretty quick. The humor of the crew does not hide nor do they slack in their duties; I admired all of them. The diving was pretty good too. It was mostly reef diving and after awhile it all looks the same, except the Blue hole, the shark dive and a couple night dives. I would like to come back for 3rd time.

- The crew was prepared, they worked long hours, and they put the customer first.. The food was excellent, Jen is the best! please give her a raise.. Communication was key to a safe diving experience. The crew of the Morning Star made sure we understood the rules living on a boat and the proper diving practices. They also entertained us. Thanks Alex, Josh and Candela for making me laugh everyday I was on board..

My favorite vacation I have taken so far.
I felt as though through the numerous dives that I became more skilled. I had never night dived before and it was very beautiful. Everyone is very kind and generous to help me with anything I needed. Adjustments were made for my dietary needs and every day was honestly amazing.

Best bang for your buck
Being able to do four dives a day was fun. The shark dive was very interesting, (my first). The dive at the Blue Hole with the sharks and rays laying in the sand left me wanting to do it again. Captain Breezy was great at keeping the trip interesting. The gold star goes to Jenn who kept us fed with great meals. Our dive master Justin, was very good with the dive briefings. And our first mate Iain and engineer Tamly kept everything working. If you don't mind camping on the water this cruise is for you.

Incredible Experience
We hit the full 19 dives throughout the week. The shark feed was amazing. The crew was constantly going above and beyond to make us comfortable and keep the good times rolling. The dives are unguided, but that made it an even better for learning for someone with little experience, as I only had 5 dives prior to the trip. An absolutely amazing experience for a single traveler like myself, and I will absolutely be returning.
