Great Trip
Getting to the best dive sites was challenging due to the wind but Captain Manny and his crew made sure we hit every dive despite the challenge even when it meant staying up all night to put us in the best possible position. The corals were the best in the park. The experience of literally diving into a bunch of sharks was thrilling to say the least

Outstanding trip and staff
The Coral split reef dive and the drift dives. Diving through reef sharks and nurses sharks. The staff was really helpful, everything was very well organized. The review of pictures and videos at the end with the photo contest. The pigs swimming. The room was cleaned everyday. The food was very good. Everything!!!!

Great service and professionalisim, many poor diving sites.
Shark Feeding & Drift Diving & Iguana Feeding were the highlights of our trip. The crew is very professional and friendly, well deserved 5 stars. No negative point against them. Nevertheless, many diving spots & excursions were just waste of time and energy. This was also the feedback when chatting with most divers on board. It could be argued that the weather did not help but the boat was barely moving from a diving site to another. Hence, for us, we liked the experience & service offered (including food); but 3/5 value of money rating due to the poor diving sites & excursions; especially when flying long way from Switzerland and spending a lot of money on such a trip with high expectations.

Cabin was terrible (cabin 11) but crew, diving and food was wonderful.
The following dives: washing machine and blue hole. The crew: I was very well treated by the crew. I needed special care and it was provided with a spirit of a being natural part of the job. I can not adequately express the praise I have for captain Manny and the crew. I am extremely grateful for the way I was treated. The food was unexpectedly great--produced with great selection and care.

Made 18 of the 25 Dives
Documented a dive depth of 84 feet in open water, and had not been more than 70 feet in open water, more sharks and Rays than I had ever seen before, and I like the wrecks.

Incredible trip on Aqua Cat with a fantastic crew!
Spotted eels and loggerhead turtles were definitely some of the aquatic highlights. The Captain did a great job getting us to a variety of dive sites working around some challenging weather. This was my second trip to Exumas and my wife’s first liveaboard dive trip. There was plenty of new stuff for me to see, and the crew was phenomenal in making sure she was comfortable and ready for all the dives.

One of the best Dive trips
The crew of the Aqua Cat are outstanding. My wife and I book the Aqua Cat to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived on the Aqua Cat the crew treated us like extremely well. We had 5 dives a day one being a night dive, my wife had health issues and was in able to dive very much and crew made arrangements for here to visit beaches, go snorkeling even did a sunset cruise in the Seadog. Jill and Oli got some of the most amazing pictures and video. Scott and Jason are awesome DM's I really enjoyed diving with them on the drift and night dives. Chef Kelly and Yari always had a great meals and snacks ready for us. Karina took out standing care of our state room. Captain Manny and Captain Des always on had to make sure we had everything we need or wanted. The crew of the Aqua Cat are out standing. This was my first experience with a live aboard, and thanks to the crew of the Aqua Cat I'm already looking forward to my next trip with them.

Luxury liveaboard diving
In the lull following the winter holidays, with the added effects of the U.S. partial govt shutdown, there were only 17 guests on-board a boat that accommodates 29. So there was lots of extra space to spread out on the dive deck, and I had a solo cabin. I've been on the Aquacat before when it was fully booked, and it was just fine, but going during a slack period is even better if you can manage it. The captain did a great job of selecting dives sites where current and other conditions were excellent. A second shark feed-- staged on the Austin Smith wreck-- was particularly enjoyable. The cabins, public spaces, dive deck, and equipment were all in great condition. Food, as always, was superb, and the chef did an outstanding job of catering to special dietary restrictions. Camera working and charging facilities on the dive deck were very good. One of the joys of liveaboard travel is getting to know interesting folks from around the world, and this trip did not disappoint. There were people from Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Peru, Canada, and U.S., including a best-selling author and a student of marine biology who teaches juggling and tightrope-walking at circus camp.

Well organised with customer comfort and diving as the top priority - there could be nothing more the team could do to make this trip a first class experience!
First class diving - safe and plenty of it. Well managed, no fuss dive deck. No pressure - total freedom and quiet spaces.

Great diving in a relaxed environment
The Aquacat is a well ran boat with a knowledgeable crew. Captain Ron was in command and his overall knowledge of the Bahamian Islands chains allowed for seven days of rain free diving. Prepare to be spoiled when it comes to being fed onboard as Chef Kelly planned and prepared seven days of succulent feasting. The Aquacat is well maintained and although it is not super fancy it does have everything you need to be safe and comfortable during a week of exciting dives including an organized shark feeding session. Having a fantastic reverse osmosis water purification system spoils you with not only a great source of drinking water, but better yet hot showers in the cool Bahamian spring weather! Overall the boat is ran by a professional company that has the logistic knowledge to deal with most situations. I highly recommend the Aquacat as is every bit as enjoyable as the reviews I had read when researching this vacation.

Best dive trip EVER!
This was one of the best experiences our family has ever had. The crew was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was spotless, service was impeccable, food was over the top and the diving was great. Really cannot complain about anything. 4-5 dives a day offered, the BEST divemasters that took great care of everyone. Had tons of knowledge of all the dive spots. The meals were gourmet. We had a fun international group of divers that have become friends, sharing a common passion of diving. Well worth every penny spent. Would highly recommend the Aquacat if you're looking for a diving adventure like none other!

Best liveaboard experience so far. I have been on about 4 other liveaboards.
Iron diver award for myself and wife. Hawksbill turtle that was like a pet with great photos from Virginia. Virginia was a fantastic photographer. We told her up front that we were buying the photos. This is the first trip I did not bring an underwater camera (900 dives) because I wanted lots of photos of my wife and I. The photos that were extra were just full of great photos of us. A special thanks to her.
