Pro Dive Cairns offers excellent value for money liveaboard diving to the Outer Great Barrier Reef, Australia, aboard the M/V ScubaPro I, II, or III. Perfect for budget- and time-conscious divers, the fully equipped ScubaPro liveaboards are identical, purpose-built dive boats designed to handle all varying weather conditions, offering a smooth and comfortable journey to the Great Barrier Reef. There are 14 centrally controlled air-conditioned twin-share bunk-bed cabins and 2 double-bed cabins.
The main deck is the hub of the boat, featuring a large indoor salon and dining room where meals are served, including a fully cooked hot/cold breakfast, hot and cold lunches, and a hot dinner. Snacks, water, tea, and coffee are available throughout the day. The top deck features a spacious sun deck, providing ample room for relaxation.
Aboard the M/V ScubaPro liveaboards, guests will explore the incredible marine biodiversity of the outer Great Barrier Reef at locations specifically chosen for their exceptional visibility and high-quality marine life. Up to 11 dives are available, including 2-night dives during the 2-night/3-day diving and snorkeling itinerary. The spacious dive deck at the back of the boat offers individual gear storage and ample room for kitting up. Nitrox is also available for those certified.

Incredible trip. The staff were absolutely amazing and super super helpful. We were very well taken care of with amazing food after every dive. Was initially nervous that we didn’t dive with guides, however I felt well prepared after each briefing. Also, guides were offered if we were feeling less confident. Overall an amazing trip and would 100% do it again.

Fantastic dives on beautiful reefs.
Beautiful diving spots! Fantastic dives!All dives were very well organized. Good briefing with a reef map and compass information for navigation. Comfortable cabins, each with a door. Ample bathroom spaces. Good freshly cooked food. I recommend the whole thing with a clear conscience.

Safe and Organized!
By far one of the best Liveaboards I have done. The safety of the crew and watchfulness was wonderful. Anything that was needed that you forgot was available to purchase or use for free. Food was wonderful, very tasty but for little kids might be a bit above their level of taste. (No chicken nuggets or peanut butter sandwiches here!) Great diving spots with good information. When we did night dives, someone always led them, although you could go with just your buddy if you wanted or were comfortable. Saw lots of wonderful fish and turtles and even a few sharks!
