Our first LiveAboard experience and it was perfect
This was our first LiveAboard dive experience. The length of the trip was perfect for us.. The guides were helpful, friendly, and all about safety. Food was great and plenty to eat. Getting a hot shower at the end of diving was great and having AC in the rooms at night made sleeping comfortable.

Great Sailing Adventure on the Great Barrier Reef.
We were only able to moor at Michaelsminn reef due to weather conditions, but the captain made sure we all saw our share of turtles, sharks, clown fish, and the beautiful colorful coral. I would also add that the trip back to the marina was a true sailing experience. We had winds at 25 knots and waves at 2 meters. The perfect conditions to experience real sailing.

- 1. The crew were very experienced and knowledgeable on sailing and diving. 2. The captain (Christian) was very entertaining in providing the guests with the history and his knowledge of the reefs history, as well as efforts to continue the life of the reef. 3. The ship is older and in need of some TLC in the living quarters, but make no mistake this sailboat is in great sailing shape. The older woodwork in the cabin gave it an added ambience and nostalgia.

My first Liveaboard experience - had a blast!
Seeing dolphins and the amazing stars! The Scuba night dive was super fun as well. I don't know if I would go back to this area though as the coral is rather bleached.
