Bulan Purnama accommodates just 8 guests in 3 cabins. The Master Cabin has 2 queen-sized beds, air conditioning, and a private bathroom and features 12 portholes that provide light and spectacular 270-degree views. This is the premium space onboard, and it's perfect for 2 couples or a family of up to 4 who want extra space. In addition, there are 2 good-sized Double Cabins, each with individual AC and portholes with a shared bathroom.
The spacious indoor lounge area features a well-stocked bookcase and sufficient power points for charging phones and other equipment. This is where you'll enjoy a variety of authentic dishes created by the talented onboard chef. For further relaxation, there are large outdoor living areas where you can chill out on day mattresses, bean bags, and hammocks while enjoying the stunning surroundings and tranquil sea breeze.

Relaxing exploration of heavenly Komodo archipelago islands
1. Diverse activities including snorkelling, SUP, hiking, learning about wildlife 2. All the islands visited were isolated, pristine and had beautiful clear waters and reefs 3. Staff and service provided were excellent.

Lovely staff, enjoyable activities
This review system is only asking for positives (of which there are many) but a few things to work on; - not enough life jackets for passengers - power went out several times during night meaning no AC/fan (cabins were HOT) - shower/toilet was dirty and needs renovation Now the positives; - spent time on beautiful sandy island, we were the only ones there! Amazing! - crew and fellow passengers lovely - crew very accommodating

A very awesome boat trip
The boat trip with Bulan Purnama exceeded all our expectations. We were only two couples and five crew on this beautiful vessel so it almost felt like a private ship :-) Tinae was the most awesome cruise director and guide and knows the area very well. The crew in general was very accommodating and did their uttermost best to comfort us. Great food too, thanks again Andy, you’re a real chef! Highly recommended.

Best Trip of My Life!
My wife and I had an amazing trip with the crew of the Bulan Purnama! We originally feared for the worst due to a forecast of rain the entire time we were on the boat. Magically out to sea the clouds disappeared and we had the most beautiful sailing trip around Komodo National Park. We found many islands to trek to the top of and the best coral reefs I have ever seen! There were manta rays, sea turtles, and all kinds of beautiful sea creatures. The food provided on board was excellent and has not been matched by any restaurant or warung throughout our whole Indonesian trip. Andi was incredibly accommodating in the menu and took our request for more chilies with a smile. The crew were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area, the weather patterns, the sea, and where to find the mantas which was very lucky on our trip! I can’t recommend the trip highly enough.

Fantastic experience that lived up to all expectations!
Snorkelling with turtles, manta ray and so many fish and corals. Seeing so many Komodo dragons up close. The fantastic crew and our guide Arif who made the trip so enjoyable and gave us the time to do things at our own pace. The food which was absolutely delicious, the best we’ve had in Indonesia.
