Sailed through Greece recently and it exceeded every expectation.
The captain was the standout - incredibly capable, calm, and resourceful. On top of being genuinely respectful and accommodating, he was perceptive, intelligent, and able to shape the experience around what we wanted. The route itself was beautifully curated — pristine water, beautiful anchorages, unhurried pace. The sailboat was clean throughout and well-maintained, which speaks to the overall standard of care put into every detail. The combination of a truly skilled and thoughtful captain, a well-chosen route, and a well-kept vessel made for an unforgettable time on the water. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, Fun Unique Experience
It was such a special experience! I booked it as my husband had always wanted to go on a proper sailing trip. I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did, but it was absolutely fantastic. Our Captain Denis was a very skilled sailor and we had full confidence in his abilities and recommendations. We couldn’t recommend this trip enough, but word for the wise be prepared for all weather conditions and take a wind jacket (and ginger tablets) in case of big seas.

Good boat, great crew
Denis and Nils were amazing crew to have and the other passengers were great! The boat is in good shape and, even though the weather was not ideal, the trip was great! Breakfasts were good, snacks were plentiful and each island we visited was great!

Great trip
I really enjoyed this sailing trip. It was really nice sailing around & visiting swimming spots & the islands. Our captain Denis was amazing. We stayed 2 nights in Ios & caught a ferry to Santorini rather than sailing there due to wind & swell which worked out well,

Best way to see the Cyclades
This was an amazing trip! Captain Denis truly made it an unforgettable experience. He always explained each port and each days activities, he found amazing places to swim/snorkel and stand up paddle board, at each port he gave dinner recommendations and was never wrong, the food was always amazing. If there were any questions on the boat he always explained and was prompt in addressing any concerns or refilling our cookie jar! Highly highly recommend this trip. It is the best way to see the Cyclades in a more intimate less crowded sailing excursion. I could not have asked for a better trip! Thank you Capitan!

- Capitan Denis was phenomenal and truly made our trip. The activities offered, it’s obvious that our Capitan knew the area very well and always sure to get us good swim spots and kept us entertained.. The flexibility of the trip, it let us choose if we wanted to swim that day or get to certain ports early ect.

Fantastic way to explore the Cyclades
Sailing on Christiana VII was a fantastic way to explore the Cyclades! Skipper Denis was incredible at finding a route that capitalized on the weather and made sure everyone on board was gettting opportunities to sail all while prioritizing safety. We had days that we were unable to sail due to weather, but Denis made sure everyone had other things to do at port. Cabins were comfortable and breakfast and lunch on board was great. I highly recommend this to anyone that is trying to avoid the major crowds while still taking in the beauty of the islands.

Magic Cyclades
It was a wonderful trip, mostly due to how beautiful the islands are. Even if you get off with a few bumps and bruises and weather can sometimes be tricky, it is stunning place to be in the cyclades. I could have definitely stayed longer. Since the islands are small, you get te see enough of the main town (Plaka / Chora) in the few hours you get to spend there. The captain also gives some beach recommendations and how to get there. The boat is very nice and clean, big enough for 6 people, not that much for 8. There are multiple hangout spots in different places of the boat. Yes the rooms and bathrooms are tiny and small, yet very clean. also this is as to be expected from a sailing boat. Captain Denis knows his boat, where to find the good swimming spots, and often how to beat the weather. He keeps an eye on everybody and makes sure they are comfortable. However, some honest points I would have liked to know before my trip: - If there is a lot of wind, the journey is rocky, you will get sea sick, and there is no way you can go down to cook or eat at that time. It is just surviving till you get to the port, or hoping for a less windy day the next day. Be aware of this when you go on this trip during the months with a lot of wind (Meltemi) - due to the weather, itinerary might change; This is noted on the website, however I feel like not everybody was aware of how often this happens and that it means that you might miss Santorini (far out) or have to stay in the harbor a day or two. Some people were difficult about it and I feel it would have helped the captain more if this was stated more clearly by the company in advance. It also means that some days, when the sea is rough, there is no swimming. So your trip might not exactly go as you planned or expected. - I read a lot of reviews about the captains great cooking and that lunch and breakfast are "provided", this was not true in our case. "Provided" means the captain buys groceries, asks you what you like, and you then get to cook breakfast and lunch yourself (and wash the dishes of course). Since there are so many reviews about "captain Denis his great cooking" we genuinely expected that lunch would be made while swimming, this is NOT the case. Just to avoid misunderstandings because it is stated quite vague on the website what breakfast and lunch entails. In our case, due to waves, wind, and it being hot downstairs, it was often just cereal or an egg.

Amazing family trip
We had an amazing family trip where the 4 of us all had a brilliant experience ..that even includes to hard to please teenage daughters! As the experience, information sharing and friendliness of Dennis the skipper supported in us all having a great time on our first ever week of sailing. Too many moments to mention them all but in particular, seeing the variety of islands, anchoring in the middle of ports, Dennis breakfast and inclusion on his knowledge of sailing and meeting great people. Would recommend this for families, couples and solo travellers alike.
