Cachalote I was awarded the 'Smart Voyager' certification for adhering to conservation standards, and offers Galapagos National Park approved 4, 5 & 8 day itineraries year-round to either the central, northern & southern islands or to the central & western islands. The two 8 day itineraries can also be combined back-to-back to offer a complete Galapagos in-depth experience. During these itineraries guests will have the chance to walk along volcanic terrain, snorkel with sea lions and turtles, all whilst learning about rich and abundant wildlife of the Galapagos Islands.
Topside the Cachalote I offers an authentic sailing experience in the Galapagos Islands. Catering to just 16 customers in 8 cabins, the crew are on hand to offer guests first-class service. Each cabin features private en-suite bathrooms and individual AC units. Seven of the eight cabins have twin bunk berths, and the eighth cabin offers a double-bed configuration. Social areas include the open plan salon, dining and bar area and the front & rear decks which offer sun loungers and seating areas. A great place to enjoy the views, sea breeze and a beer whilst discussing the day's activities with your fellow adventurers.
