The MY Blue Seas liveaboard is renowned for comfort and elegance and offers some of the best dive itineraries in the Red Sea. Large and spacious, she caters to 24 guests in 12 cabins with a choice of categories to suit different budgets and needs. On the lower deck are 7 standard cabins with twin beds and portholes and one master cabin with a double bed. Located on the upper deck are 4 sea-view cabins with double or twin beds. All cabins have en suite bathrooms, individually controlled AC, reading lights, and storage space. On the main deck are the indoor salon and restaurant with expansive windows to create a bright and modern feel with amazing ocean views. Outdoor seating areas with bean bags can be found around the boat, offering plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind, and two spacious partly-shaded sundecks with loungers.

Blue Seas liveaboard dive itineraries are 7 nights and cover some of the most iconic areas in Egypt, including St. Johns, Brothers, Daedalus and Elphinstone, and Rocky Island and Zabargad. At the back of the yacht is a large dive deck with plenty of room for gear storage and kitting up and dive amenities, including a large dive platform with charging stations, showers, and rinse stations.

A very good diving experience in the Red Sea. I particularly appreciated the staff’s availability and kindness, always present without being intrusive. The area is not overly touristic, which made the trip more enjoyable and relaxed. Even at the dive sites, there were not many boats around, which is quite rare. The team was competent, and I always felt safe during the dives. Overall, it’s a trip I would consider doing again.

Close encounters with Sharks, fantastic reef diving. Exceptional Crew always there to assist. Very clean and well kept boat. Great variety of food, something for everyone. Guides pointed out things we would otherwise of missed. Very in depth pre dive briefings. Impressive facilities on board.

Exceeded Expectations
We saw everything! We swam with a school of 22 hammerheads, we saw somersaulting mantas, we got a whale shark! The staff was excellent, the facilities more than comfortable, and the whole experience was fantastic. This was our first liveaboard and certainly not our last - and we would, without reservation, dive with Blue Planet again!

Good diving with the blue seas!
Overall it was a good experience aboard the Blue Seas, this is the second time I am with the Blue Planet Liveaboards - dodgy stomach on both vessels so far, which did somewhat reduce the overall enjoyment. Otherwise, great crew and well looked after.
Recommended for
Relaxing atmosphere. The dive sites (unsurprisingly!). Transport and logistics.

The highlights were definitely the animals (thresher shark, hammerhead shark, manta, whale shark and white tip). Also the dive guides were very cool and helpful!

Best crew on the Blue Seas
This was my first liveaboard and I can’t express how happy I am with the experience. First of all, the crew is outstanding, helping you in & out of your gear, the guides (Nina and Mohammed) are so pro, very kind and helpful finding the coolest marine life, the food was delicious - always a variety and special shout out to the kitchen & interior crew who set up a few outdoor dinners on the sun deck, so special! The boat itself was great, lots of exterior shady areas, lots of room to move around individually but also hang out as a group. Just a really wonderful experience, I would definitely dive with the Blue Seas again, thank you for an unforgettable trip!!!! Oh, plus saw my first manta - thanks Nina!

Diverse dive sites, warm crew
The dive sites were suitable for both less and more experienced divers. I was able to benefit a lot from the experience of the others. However, the groups were a bit large (6-8 people and a guide).After a break in the cabin window, the crew took very good care and cleaned and cleared all the shards. Saied is the good soul on the ship!

Enjoy the cruise aboard the Blue Seas
This BDE in mid-June 2023 went well. Not too much wind, not too much current, but also not too many pelagics. Beautiful underwater atmospheres, beautiful light, clouds of anthias and healthy corals offshore. The boat is well equipped and comfortable. In the end, a great week of diving.

I will definitely come back to the Blue Seas!
It was my first time on safari with 24 divers. The division was really well done, so that you often didn't even meet under water. On the boat, there is always enough space for retreat or contact, depending on what was going on. The daily structure and information of the captain always the guests were elective and well planned, so that the sometimes long crossings were very relaxed and did not affect the diving.
Recommended for
The boat is large enough to be comfortable for 24 divers, you could always find a quiet place outdoors. The Zodiacs have ladders, the crew is always helpful - so the Zodiac dives were no problem for me at all. The timing of the groups while diving was super organized, the team was always on hand with everything needed and in a good mood, friendly towards the guests.

Thanks to an amazing crew and a boat
We had a great trip. We were unlucky with the weather - wind and waves that could cause a lot of problems on a lot of sites. The Captain, crew, and divemasters were all very skilled at what they do, and adapted our trip so we didn't miss a dive. Really, a lot of respect for that - we were all happy with how things turned out. The boat is great, as far as I'm concerned you couldn't ask for better amenities. The food is good - nothing fancy, but the boat had something for everyone. Hats off to our divemasters Nina and Mohammed, they took great care of us.

AWESOME boat, crew, and trip!
My last day diving the dolphins came out to play. I had such a great dive, and took so many pictures/videos, it was just truly an amazing experience. And like so many trips, the others on the boat make a huge difference - from other divers to DMs and crew, I had such a great time talking, eating, sharing stories/pictures and just a beer, that you can't ask for a better trip.

Exceeded All Expectations
Everything about this trip was amazing - from the cabins, to the diving, to the crew, and food. The crew went above and beyond to give us a special experience with a great barbeque night and new years party. Food was healthy, delicious, and changed every day. Wonderful trip on a great boat with fantastic crew.
This was our first liveaboard and it was fabulous. The crew were great, very safety conscious, always there to help you get in/out of kit. It was my husband’s birthday whilst on the boat and they baked him a cake and threw a surprise party for him. The diving was great, the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Always pointing sea life out to make sure we got the most of the dives. Would recommend this route, Daedalus was my favourite reef. So peaceful, but with Oceanic white tip sharks under our boat each morning made the whole experience magical.
